Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not so much My hair hates the glycerin in this and so does my daughter's. We have two different textures of hair as well. I only tried it on a section of her hair and it immediately looked dry and hardened. Mine wasn't as bad but it wasn't moisturizing for me, it did the opposite.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The smell I am a curly hair product junkie and had been wanting to try it for awhile. I found it at Target for the same price. I do like the consistency, creamy you can feel your curls softening the minute you put it on. i let my hair air dry and did like my curl pattern but, The SMELL! It is a very pungent grapefruit scent and the morning after applying it to my hair (I plop before going to bed), I thought that I had B.O. until I realized it was my hair. I just can’t deal with it! For that reason and that reason only, I will not purchase again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Perm Rod Sets I'm a product junkie who likes to switch up hair dos like every 3 months. Since my hair is going through Florida humidity and heat, I dont want any hair on my neck. I decided to wear my natural hair in a curly style with the ends colored. I decided to try the foam and this cream(directions say to use together) and the bright pink bottles caught my eye. I used both Mielle products after washing and conditioning my hair with Aveda products. I do have the Mielle deep conditioner but Im waiting til all my aveda products are empty. I flexi roded my hair using purple and tan rods. When I took them out next morning they were so soft that it was scary. I got compliments from friends and strangers. I didnt have to put any products on my hair for 3-4 days! The 4th day my curls were frizzy and because Im natural, the roots started to puff. Gel or re-rolling hair would fix that. I bought another brand gel to help with frizz but didnt try it with the Mielle products yet. The Mielle products smelled like Orange but was not overpowering. Becuase my colored hair feels so moisturized I will continue to buy Mielle products. Next I would like to try the gels.

my hair is naturally curly but it seems like my curls are fading in some parts of my hair, not sure if from coloring my hair on a monthly basis or what. but is there a product I can use to bring my curls back?

Use mielle deep conditioner or do a apfogee protein treatment. Excessive heat can also  Loosen curl pattern. Be cautious anytime you're using any chemical, deep condition weekly!!  also look at various youtubers for further knowledge. I hope this help. Sometimes coloring the hair can be damaging and causes dryness if not properly cared for, and dry hair is hard to curl.
