Rated 2 out of 5 by from not for me I have 4a/b short hair. This product does have a "hold" that I didn't expect. Using too much will cause flaking and sit on top of the hair

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great curls I am not sure if you recommend this for Caucasian hair, but I have long wavy hair and love this stuff. I picked it up on sale at Sally's, used it and my hair has long curls. I just apply it to freshly washed hair, scrunch and allow it to dry naturally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for 4C hair I have used this product and my hair loves it! A little goes a long way. It will flake if you use too much. It provides my hair with great shine and definition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this Gel My hair type is 3C. A lot of gel styling products weigh my hair down. While browsing Sallys to purchase the Aphogee Two Step Protein Treatment, I noticed Silk Elements had a new line. I decided to give the Moisturizing Marmalade a try and I so glad I did. This gel is light and it definitely defined my curls and NO frizz. On my first try I used too much & it was a little crunchy, on my next try I used much less & I can honestly say very little crunch. I have found my staple product & do not plan on switching. Thank you Silk Elements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great styling gel I have very fine, long hair with natural spiral curls. Some styling products weigh my hair down or don't control the frizz. Since I've started using Moisturizing Marmalade, my hair has looked great! It gives great body and control, without the weight. It isn't sticky either. It is now my go-to product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Moisturizing I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and used it twice so far along with the Leave-In Conditioner. I must say this is a great product. I have mixed textured hair (2c-3c) and I am natural and love this product. It's really hard to keep my low porosity hair moisturized. So far I have never had an issue with this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Jury is Still Out I will say I have the hardest time with gels, soufflés, cream gels, marmalades etc. My hair texture laughs at them all. I have thick, fine, yet dense kinky hair. If it's not Eco Styler it's pretty much pointless. I've tried using the marmalade to slick my edges back but it didn't hold for me but I do have damaged edges from a decade of relaxers. It did leave a residue. So for weeks while I used all the products in this line the marmalade sat because I didn't know what I'd use it for. I'm scared to do a perm rod/flex rod set with it since I doubt it's strong enough. However I did do finger coils and for the most part it worked on my hair, I did use the entire line, no product mixing fyi. I will attempt to do a wash and go using the marmalade but like I said I am doubtful. To me this is the weak part of the line but stylers have always been a struggle for my texture.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it! I purchased this product for the first time and love it. Although it does leave a light crunch to my curls, the product has great slip, is moisturizing and leaves a beautiful shine.

The stores in Phoenix haven't carried this for at least six months - any idea when it might be back in stock?  Store managers say it should be in according  to their computers and it has not been discontinued, but it never is actually stocked.

Hi, associate from New York speaking. We have had a problem like this with a proclaim product, but it can happen with any product. It's usually a warehouse issue. We can order it over and over again but if the warehouse hasn't gotten any in (for whatever reason, who knows) then you aren't getting it. Better off buying online. When it's a warehouse issue the employees, even managers, in the store have NO idea when it will come.
