Rated 5 out of 5 by from I couldn’t bleach my hair without it This stuff is AMAZING. Helps with pain of bleaching head, and damage. I use 4 packets when I bleach my regrowth. The more you use, the better result you get!!!!!!!! Just wish they sold it in a bottle!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This needs to come in a bottle!! Why oh why does this not come in a bottle?! I love this stuff and use it every time I bleach/tone my hair. It would make so much sense to sell it by the bottle, like other dye additives, for people who use it often. It feels so wasteful to use so many tiny packets. Please bottle this so I can lather my sensitive lil scalp with this glorious product!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really works I sometimes do my own color. Coloring my hair makes my scalp red, itchy and very irritated. I found out about this product from my hairdresser. I add 3 of these packets to my hair color and it significantly reduces the amount of scalp irritation. This is the only website I could find that carries this product and I was very happy to find it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Another tip I read use can use several packets of sweet and low sugar substitute for the same results. It has to do with the ph levels.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Use with color remover I just wanted to send a quick review in regards to using this product with hair color removers because the chemical composition is different in a color reducer. I usually get scalp sensitivity when using these products and was unsure if you could use this with a remover and no one in-store seemed to know for sure. I also looked online to no avail. You CAN use it with a hair color remover but honestly it did nothing in keeping my scalp from burning , itching, or stinging. It was cheap to purchase, so I'm not out a ton of money. I would not recommend it. Hopefully others have better luck in these instances though and if someone wants to try it YOU CAN USE IT with a hair color remover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it!!!!!!!!!! I had never heard of this before, and found it looking around on this website. After reading all the great reviews, I picked it up in the store to try. It is AMAZING. It takes all the stinging and burning and itching out of bleaching your hair! Bleaching used to be miserable for me, but not anymore! I kept going back for more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Burn! This is what I always add to bleach or toning solution. I add one pack to it...sometimes two, depends on amt of solution. But one pack is fine:) Your hair won't itch or burn(yay!) It's great for very sensitive scalps due to over-processing or sensitive in general. (Like mine...well both:) It's the best and love that you can add to permanent color too:) Love it!

Can Care and Comfort bio-care be added to shampoo, for itching and burning scalp after a perm?

Asked by: Tine77th
I have only used it added to my permanent hair color product prior to application to reduce the sting and burn I get around the neck and edges of my face. And it does a great job. I would explore the idea of adding it to your perm solution before you apply it to stop the burning before it starts. But honestly don't know if that can be done. I don't know that much about perm products.

“Care and comfort bio-kur”Can I add this to my relaxer?

Asked by: Foxxycox
Well don’t see why not. It looks just like water. It’s supposed to keep scalp from burning. I use in all kinds of hair dyes. It works great.

Can this be used with PPD free color or will it delute the color process?

Asked by: DeniseVan
I have always used this pre-dye.  It is specifically a hair protectant for this purpose, although I use it many times after a shampoo for a touch of conditioning and body. I find it never has affected any sort of coloring I have ever used, and I really love it.
