NO! NO! NO!
I used the color 3N and my hair is falling off!!! Literally, like if it’s melting. Do not pls! My coworker warned me but I thought it was just her ( she previously box dyed her hair red). But NO, NO, do not. I’m literally crying. I used to use arctic fox’s black but I wanted something that would last longer. worst mistake of my life. Never again will I buy this product.

How to use the 10na light ash blonde
Overall, I'm happy with it! First thing to know is that this is a depositing toner that will darken your hair. For the 10na, you must start with hair that is a level 10 inlightness. Depending on how long you process, this 10na will drop the lightness of your hair to a 9 or an 8. Because it deposits color to change the tone. I left it on for 13 minutes and it did drop my hair lightness to a 9. But I started with YELLOW bleached hair. And now it is a natural looking honey blonde. Not as bright as before, but much more natural looking. If I had left it on the full 20 minutes, I think it would have ended up too dark for me (like an 8). So I recommend processing these toners for half the time to see if you like the results.

NEVER USE THE DARK NATURAL BLONDE COLOR
I used the dark natural blonde color as they discontinued the shade that I normally used. This color turned my hair a reddish black that has been horrible to get out and color correct.

WAY TOO DARK
I used this color on a client because I love Wella's toner color collection and figured the color charm should have an equal standard.
I used the color 5N "LIGHT natural brown"

their level 5 is basically a level 2
it looked black.
extremely unhappy
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT
and if you do, always use 2-3 levels lighter than what you want.

I love this color. Wella products smell less than others and rinse cleanly out of my hair. My hair feels soft and silky instead of damaged. Being demi-permanent it slowly fades so I don’t have strong roots

Great product but color is very dark
It is supposed to be medium blonde but my hair is medium brown. There’s nothing blonde about this color. BUT it went on well and my hair feels great. I will continue to try to find a lighter color

Having no ammonia it is less harmful to hair. Color should be mixed 1 to 1-1/2. Not 1 to 2, for best results.

Great long yet temporary hair color

I used this to cover blue in my hair, which in turn made it green. understandable. When it was bleached out and my hair was a very light blonde, i used this again because it matches my hair color the best. it is now green again. very upsetting because i’m going to have to pay someone to strip the color out again and damage my hair more.

Fixed my orange hair
I bleached my dark brown hair, leaving it looking carrot orange. After trying Wella T14 and seeing no difference, I tried the demi-permanent 7A and ended up with a really pretty ashy light brown! Highly recommend if you have orange hair and are looking to go darker.

8A Light Ash Blonde Made my Hair BROWN
I bought this to tone my dyed brassy blonde hair that I thought was a level eight, maybe I have misconceptions of what a level 8 is but I'm pretty sure its not this dark. On top of this it dried out my hair, sadly I'll have to use harsh shampoos really often to be able to get this color out.

Dried my hair
These colors as others say run very dark. I have medium brown hair with bayalage and I bought light ash brown. It darkened my strands and was not ash at all. My hair is still brassy and so dried out.

Made the mistake of using this with a 10 developer. It ended up lifting color (mostly from my roots) making my hair orange. This was mostly my fault, but I wish they had a developer in the package. On the other hand I used this on my mom and it turned out beautifly!

after 2 shampoos I lost the ash and my red undertones were back. I may have to go darker shade of semi permanent color or use a permanent color. Easy to use, low odor. I used 8A over golden dark blonde hair

Quarantine touch up
My hair stylist recommended I use this on my roots during quarantine until salons opened back up again. I have natural blonde hair and am starting to get some grays. This works great on my roots, covers the grays and is the same shade as my low light. Does not turn my hair orange or greenish like box dyes do. I recommend consulting a professional before purchase to make sure you get the right shade and developer to suit your hair color.

I've used Color Charm Demi hair coloring and activating lotion for years. Can these same products be safely used on eyebrows also? If yes, any special tips?
Never use hair dye on eyebrows! Personally I use 'Just For Men' beard dye, 'cause it's meant to be safe for facial hair. It's never caused me any irritation. I only leave it on my eyebrows for like up to 2 minutes though. Not the recommended 5+

I have naturally, never dyed before, black-brown hair. I saw a video of someone using the Medium Natural Brown 4N (4/0) over their blonde dyed hair and it ended up with a really pretty brown color. What would I need to achieve this brown hair color?
You will need your desired color and the Dedicated Wella Color Charm Demi Activating Lotion. Also take into consideration your hair length, if your hair is shoulder length or longer you will need to buy 2 or more tubes of hair color for medium/normal hair thickness. Demi permanent hair color will last for about a month in most cases.

I have about 10% gray but big stripe in front. Last time I used 7A it covered the grays to a nice highlight to my level 3 hair but this time it didn’t cover the grays at all. What can I do to up the gray coverage? I left it on for 45 min both times FYI
You can try to clarify shampoo your hair a few hours ahead of coloring. Also warming (but not over heating) the activating lotion in a microwave to just above body temp seems to help and makes it a more pleasant application.

My experience, use 8A light ash blonde, if you hair is level 9 o more after bleach use 10A light ash blonde.

I was platinum tried going darker with wella demi. I used a color eraser to start over. My hair is quite gold now, not brassy tho. Lightest ash blonde didn't change it. Medium ash blonde is way too dark . Would natural light blonde be good or light ash?
I’m not a professional but I have seen many professional YouTube videos and they usually say that if it’s gold/ yellow you have to use a toner that is purple/violet based and if it’s more brassy/orange you need the ash because ash is blue and blue counter acts the orange as purple counter acts the yellow. Idk if that helps!

Have stubborn gray how long do I leave it on
I too have very stubborn, resistant grays. I leave it on 1 hour, covered with plastic. Hit it with a blow dryer, every 10 minutes. It will not damage your hair. i have used this product for years.
