  • Specially formulated for Mystic Divine™ Luminous Shine Permanent Liqui-Crème Hair Color Wonderful consistency for easy application Pleasant Fragrance
Mystic Divine™ developers are specifically formulated for use with Mystic Divine™ Luminous Shine Permanent Liqui-Crème Hair Color which offers an exotic and unique blend of natural oils that helps transfrom hair from weak and dull to smooth, shiny and healthy. With each use, hair gets stronger, more manageable, and much more divine.
  • The correct choice of color and developer is essential for best results. The choice must be made bearing in mind the customer's natural hair color, the desired degree of lightening and the percentage of gray hair. The mixing ratio is 1:2 (1 part color for 2 parts developer). Use 10 Volume developer for deposit only or 1 level of lift; 20 Volume developer for 2 levels of lift; 30 Volume developer for 3 levels of lift; 40 Volume developer for 4 levels of lift.

Application: Using a non-metallic bowl, mix 3oz Mystic Divine(tm) Luminous Shine Permanent Liqui-Creme Hair Color with 6 oz of Mystic Divine Developer.

Processing Time: All instructions are based on average texture. If the hair is fine or coarse, adjustments should be made accordingly. Fine hair is much more receptive to hair coloring while coarse hair is not. 30 minutes for standard application; 45 minutes for maximum gray coverage.

  • 1:2 mixing ratio - 1 part color to 2 parts developer. Mix 3oz Mystic Divine(tm) Luminous Shine Permanent Liqui-Creme Hair Color with 6 oz of Mystic Divine Developer. Use Mystic Divine™ 20 volume developer for resistant gray hair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I love my hair. It is soft and shiny. I leave my color on longer to try and cover the stubborn gray. Because of that the results with different products is normally dry and I use a color gloss to get the shine. With this developer I have shine and softness. My color looks awsome. Will use again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow it REALLY shines Yes, the instructions on the package are horrible because unless you speak languages other than English, its difficult to open the box without ripping the instructions in half. Standard 2:1 ration Dev:Color.. The developer really was gentle on my dry and extremely sensitive scalp and post color I'm getting a shine better than if I had done a hot oil hair treatment. Another nice quality is that it rinsed nicely and gave me exceptional gray coverage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Developer I have used this is both the 10 and the 20 volume. It is ridiculous to rate a product with one star because you cannot read the directions. Really! As a professional, it is pretty simple to know the rate of product to developer or to find it actually on the color packaging as well. That said, using this and their color products, my hair is silky, shiny and the product does not bother my scalp which is sensitive. It does the job a developer should do. I especially like to use the 10 for low lift color.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Directions for Use!!!!! I bought the Mystic Devine hair color and 20 vol developer. The directions of how to mix the color and developer are printed in the smallest font I have ever seen. I can't read them with reading glasses or under a lighted magnifying lamp. My eyesight is not that bad, this is ridiculous. I was hoping to use your product tonight but I'm not sure how to use it and I don't want to screw it up. I have searched the internet but can't find a website for Mystic Devine that might help me. It is too late now to call for help. My suggestion is that somehow the instructions be written so that they can actually be used. I scheduled this time and now, because of my schedule, I don't know when I will have time available again to use it. I was told how great it is but now I'm not sure when I will know.

I am only using part of the bottle of developer and part of the tube of color. Can I save the UNMIXED portion of the developer and color. If it can be saved; for how long?

Asked by: izzy27oh
Yes you can save them both. I would probably only keep around 6 months.
