Rated 5 out of 5 by from Holy Cow! worth it! used this after reading about olaplex and watching videos on how it works wonders for hair. i almost bought the Olaplex steps from sephora when i found this. i just used step 3 today (not even step one and two prior) and holy cow this has made my hair so soft and smooth. i naturally have baby like, thin - fine hair. three months ago i went in for a balyage and came out with practically a whole head of blonde. my hair has been so damaged since. my hair was medium dark brown prior to my color service. this stuff works wonders!! definitely worth the $6!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this product and 3 part system! I recently bleached my hair to platinum from light blonde and I needed some extra love to help bring back it's moisture and repair the damage. I hate anything sticky or heavy and this is neither! It works amazing, it light weight and makes my hair feel healthy, strong and soft. I am thrilled with the results!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this conditioner Bleached my hair 3 times now, will probably bleach a fourth time. 2 of those processes were done at the salon using olaplex. My hair feels really healthy. I used the AP Kit mixed into BLONDE Bleach (30 VOL sensitive scalp developer) to help lift some patchiness on my hair here at home. I can’t tell the difference between olaplex and Absolute Perfector Kit. I use Step 3 every wash (wash 1-2 times per week). I plan to bleach one more time in a month or so to reach an icy platinum look, until then I’ll continue to use Step 3 to help with over processed bleached strands. BIG BIG fan of this Absolute Perfector 3 Step process <3 Costs just under $20 for all 3 parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just like Olaplex Great product. It made my hair feel silky smooth. Its just like using Olaplex 3. You will not know any difference except the money you spend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth Perfection!! I bought this online and was not disappointed, it smoothed and sealed my hair and seemed to help the color last a week or two longer than normal (I color every six weeks) usually by week 4 my hair is pretty faded but I wait for my roots to be really visible before I recolor. This really seemed to keep the color looking good for up to 5 - 6 weeks it also keeps my hair feeling soft, smooth and a little thicker each time I apply.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dried my hair and stripped a lot of the color! I'd give this 0 stars if possible. I saw this in store and decided to try it since the rest of the Absolute Perfection line is great. What a mistake! I used it for the first time tonight. My color was done 2 weeks ago, and after using this, I'd say it stripped out a lot of my red. My hair feels brittle, heavy and looks blah. I want to cry! It's also super frizzy. My hair is normally super fine and thin.

How does this color sealer differ from the color sealer in the Absolute Perfection Dual Kit, SBS-405019? This question has been asked on both product pages with no reply.

Asked by: TBLfromMA
I have both, and compared them, and the ingredients are exactly the same, and they also look the same, and have the same consistency. Although, step 3 could be the same ingredients, but more diluted than step 2, like how it is with olaplex, but I am just guessing (if there is any difference at all)

Isn't this the same exact thing as step 2? The ingredients seem to be so why are they not supposed to be the same thing?

Asked by: Bamamama1982
Step 2 is made to be used instantly after your hair is colored. Step 3 is a weekly treatment you use after you color your hair, but not right after.
