Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long lasting Purple tint - Keep Calm and Berry On I love these colors for my very dark hair. I am able to add a strong purple tint without bleaching.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it This color is really pretty its purple that fades to a pretty a dark burgundy /pink color instead of the orangish color &lasts a long time it’s the only kind I use now!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not last This dye lasted probably a week at most. I have dark hair and it came out more red than purple which was fine but it's such a pain to take the time to dye your hair and have it fade almost completely after a week.

Que Sera Syrah is a color that is not listed here? Is it discontinued or what? I purchased it a long time ago and would like to know what color it actually is. If it's a purple or a red? I

Asked by: AllyIris
I can’t speak to anything being discontinued but the color is a vivid, siren red. I believe it might be RRV, if I remember correctly. I used to use the violet colors next to that one.

Does anyone have pictures of the plum and berry colors on real hair? I'm trying to decide between them

Asked by: Nellie56
The difference between them is bearly nothing. I have tryed both but I like Plum away better than Berries because is a little bit lighter, it shines so cool, I really love it.

So with this hair color does one need to lighten the hair to get the plum look or jyst simply apply to dark colored hair and get the plum look.. Because ive had alot if disappointments trying to get my hair plum

Asked by: Inkme123
I have dark brown hair and I used 2 tubes of plum away with me with 30 pure white developer and it turned out great. Very vibrant plum colored.

I need to touch up my color. I previously used Que Sera Syrah. I need to do a root touch up and I'd like to refreshen my ends. Should I apply to my roots and then the ends? The box doesn't give any root touch up instructions.

Asked by: auntjoey
I believe technically you are supposed to use it on undyed hair, as it’s a high lift formula for very dark hair. (According to the instructions.) But I still use it to refresh—and even alternate between Plum Away with Me and Keep Calm and Berry On. I use 30 volume for sensitive scalps. But if you’re hair is naturally lighter I don’t know if that would work for you. So far no problems with it. I do make sure to dye my roots first (lots of gray/white hair) then the rest of it.

Does anyone know if any of these colors replaced the original color 4vvr ultraviolet? Or is there a color that is close to it? Thank you

Asked by: Andreana
“Keep Calm and Berry On” would be a perfect match. If you want to lean even further towards violet (blue based) with no red (red based), then try “Plum Away with Me.” I use them interchangeably but I still feel like the Plum holds its vibrancy longer. Just FYI, I use them with 30 volume developer on fine, straight hair.
