Rated 4 out of 5 by from Crème lightener poor delivery service I love this product as opposed to powder bleach. I feel it works better/faster! However, when I ordered it online (2 tubes of it -$20+) Sally’s DID NOT deliver it to me with my other items, and marked it as delivered. Here I am two months later, still haven’t heard back from customer service regarding the Issue. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering From them online Ever again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT RESULTS I LIKED THE RESULTS. I USED 3 PROCESSES, ONE RIGHT AFTER THE OTHER, AND FOR THEIR RECOMMENDED TIMES. THIS WAS THE FIRST PRODUCT I USED THAT DAY THOUGH, AND MY SCALP REALLY BURNED, WHICH I USUALLY AM NOT BOTHERED BY. I LEARNED MY LESSON IN MAYBE SPREADING THEM OUT (I PROBABLY DIDN'T EVEN NEED A TONER), BUT NEXT TIME I'M GOING TO MAYBE LOOK FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE INTENDED FOR SENSITIVE SKIN.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked well for a first timer! My first time ever bleaching my hair. This got the job done. Paired with the 30 vol. developer. This is probably good for like one application if youre bleaching all over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Amazing Results Omg! This stuff is amazing! I used about 1/4 of a tube with a 20 volume developer and within 20 minutes it had lifted my hair about 5 levels. I was super impressed and I'll definitely use this product again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from contains beeswax This lightener is great but it contains beeswax and I'm allergic to beeswax. I didn't look at the ingredients before using and it made me break out after bleaching my hair extensions. I'm not sure if I'm going to use it on my head because of this. It also takes more than one use to get hair really light but it seems to not damage the hair like other lighteners.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lightener Worked so well to lighten my hair! I have thick hair but it’s short since I recently big chopped. If you have thick natural hair I would recommend getting another bottle especially if your hair is long. Be careful to watch it while in your hair because it does lighten quickly

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product This does not fry my hair like powder lightener does. I love how soft my hair can feel even after it’s been bleached with this. I will definitely order this again in the future!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will use again and recommend Best lightener i have used so far . Was fast and easy, i did put coconut oil on my hair the night before bleaching but this lightener worked fast and my hair wasnt damaged after. My hair was colored a level 4/5 and this product lightened it in 35 min to a light yellow. A word of advice if you want good results, use coconut oil the night before and dont wash it out before you lighten. Dont worry the bleaching agent has no problem cutting through the oil. Use the 20 vol developer its going to be less damaging. Section your hair into 4 quadrants , i started at the back, apply the bleach to the mid shaft and then ends first. Leave the roots till the end or you will have hot roots that are white.I put a shower cap over my hair while timing it every 5 min i checked the mid shaft and ends. After 20 min i was getting to the yellow light yellow stage, i applied to my roots and kept checking, after 35 min i was blonde. My hair type is half coarse half fine with kinky waves on the top straight on the underneath and years of dye on the hair. If you do it right and dont just slap the product on your hair all over it works perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! This cream bleach was fantastic on my med. Brunette hair! Bleached twice, pairing with 30 vol developer and got very little damage. Only downside is that it's more pricey and smaller, so I barely had enough for both processes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best thing to lighten your hair with If you want your hair to get lighter, get this bright white creme lightener. it is gentler for your hair than regular powder bleach, and it will still lighten your hair as good as powdered bleach.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bleach cream ever. Works wonders for black thick hair (yes I have black hair the rarest color can few people have) well I'm going to start with I was always accused of dying my hair black and tired of that I decided (few years ago) dye my hair pink since then hairstyles have been bleaching my hair and not doing a good job with vivid colors so I started a journey looking for a great quality bleach and I found that bleach cream are the best for thick dark hair and this brand got me interested with the ingredients and also for recommend the final step color sealer (that's the las step to have a beautiful and healthy hair after a bleaching session). My hair level up really light (8 to be exact) and you don't have to use 40 volumen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this lightener! I just did my first treatment with this lightener. Going from a dark dark natural brown, my hair was bright blonde within 30 to 45min. Used a 20 developer with it and, doing it myself for the first time ever, it came out way better than I expected. Will need another treatment for ends and the back bc my hair is super thick, and I had never done my own hair before. Used a coconut quench serum on hair after treatment and letting rest a few days. Hair is still soft as silk. Ordering more today so I know I will have plenty to keep my roots touched up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic, will purchase again! This stuff is easy to mix in with developer, and paired with the ion 30 volume, it took me from a dark/medium brown to a stunning light blonde that hardly needed any toning! I also felt like it didn't do much damage to my hair, it didn't feel straw like weirdly enough, or have that rubberband like stretch to it when all was said and done.

I have about 3 inches of white roots (love it!!!) have dyed my hair dark brown for years; never seen my gray roots so long; will this product help me match my roots? white highlights/lowlights on top to mixed with bottom brown ?

Hi. I highly recommend So Blur by Matrix. It lifts the dark and like magic blurs the dark color with the light color. Here's the YT video: jy8W6P3pcbk

Can I use this to lighten colored hair?

Asked by: Terrikrolczyk
Yes, however there's many factors to take into account. If your hair is colored black or brown it will probably turn orange the first time you use this. It's a process, do your research and never ever bleach your hair if you think it's brittle or damaged!

I have 40 volume creme will it be okay with this and how do I know to do the ratios properly I have shoulder lank hair and it light brown. Any suggestions ? I’m nervous to do it on my own

Asked by: Stardust01
I would strongly recommend starting with a 20 or 30 volume just because 40 can do some damage very quickly and easily. 20 volume for sure if you're doing your roots. I use a scale to weigh out 1 oz of lightener and then 2 oz of developer. You could also probably use a measuring cup for the lightener and just do twice the amount of developer.

So if i am almost back brown and use this like i would the powder on my thin hair it would turm it a yellow blonde and then do the toner or the shampoo and conditioner i seen u said it made yours back white

Asked by: Anonymous
First of all I am not a hair professional (just putting it out there)...but I do my own hair all the time!   I love this stuff.  It is not as harsh as other bleach products I’ve used and a good deep conditioner when all is said and done is a wise choice.  My natural hair color is a dark medium brown with a lot of red undertones.  So it is a process to get my hair to blond without the brasiness.  I usually will bleach it and then use wella  T14 toner or the blossom ion cream toner.  Then a few weeks later I’ll either bleach it all again or simply do a bunch of highlights (more light than dark pieces and coat the pieces I want to stay brown with conditioner). (using less developer in the mix so it’s thicker). Then tone again.   There is also a great product that is a conditioner that helps take out brassiness for the in between times of toning which is great because it reduces the gradient line that happens after repeated processing (again, not a professional and a professional knows how to prevent the processing lines).

When would you use the 1:1 ratio or the 1:2?  I have dark brown hair that was ombre before & I dyed my hair back the natural color. So should I do 1:1?

Asked by: Maddiemc1
Yes 1:1
