  • For dimensional highlights or an all-over blonde look Superior conditioning while lightening Lifts up to 8 levels in one step Lightens for gray blending

NEW AGEbeautiful Creme Lightener evenly lifts up to 8 levels.  It’s the first anti-aging creme lightener with a Keratin and Silk Protein formula to provide extra conditioning. The result is beautiful, dimensional highlights or an all-over bright blonde look, for hair that’s also visibly shinier and better-conditioned.

A healthy scalp is the foundation for healthy hair. Scalp sebum decreases by 50% as we age, causing the scalp and hair to become dry and dull. Hair experiences five other signs of aging. It loses volume, manageability, color, moisture, and shine. AGEbeautiful Creme Lightener is the first lightener developed to fight all five signs of aging hair with nourishing Keratin and Silk Protein.  It's lightening technology helps replenish hair with the essential components lost with aging. The AGEbeautiful Creme Lightener formula evenly lifts and lightens for gray blending while also conditioning.

  • Mixing and Application: AGEbeautiful Creme Lightener should be used with a bowl and brush. AGEbeautiful Creme Lightener is mixed 1:1 (Equal parts AGEbeautiful Crème Lightener and AGEbeautiful Developer.) Pour 2 oz. developer into bowl and add 2 oz. Creme Lightener (one third of tube). Mix well. Apply to hair.  Check hair every 10 minutes for desired lightening results.

Developer Usage and Timing (without heat):

20 Volume (6%) lifts up to 4-6 levels (depending on starting point) for up to 60 minutes.

40 Volume (12%) lifts up to 8 levels (depending on starting point) for up to 60 minutes.

Rinse, shampoo, and condition. (We recommend 180PRO Intense Reconstruct shampoo and conditioner for the most beautiful results.)

  • Do not shampoo before application. Open away from face and avoiding inhaling contents.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Best Lightener I've ever Tried I was hesitant to try a cream lightener, because the only one I'd tried was in beauty school (years ago,) and it was awful. I was lured in by the promise of something that could prevent breakage, as my hair is already over processed. With 20 volume, this took me to a 10 (surprisingly even for a dyed red base,) in less than 20 mins. I was amazed that not a single hair broke off when I was rinsing. Well worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Iightener I feel it’s a little less harsh on my hair than other lighteners out there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightened my dark Red colored hair well. Worked well, I liked the cream formula because it didn’t dry out like traditional lighteners. I felt that it was gentler on my hair compared to tradition powder lighteners as well. I’m experiencing a less irritated scalp and less damage as well as less hair loss which always happens to an extent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Minimal damage to my already dry hair! I was nervous to try this as I was talked into it by the lady at Sally's (they ran out of my face bright white creme lightener by ion) , but I'm glad I did! There was minimal damage to my already dry curly hair and after mixing this with 20 vol and some olaplex it lightened three levels in fifteen minutes. Which was all I needed. The only downside to this product is I found around my hairline and neck to be itchy and a little bumpy the next day(sensitive skin?) AND it's about $6 to $9 more than the ion bright white here in Canada. But I'd use again in a pinch; maybe a new fave!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This may be THE perfect lightener My hair is a nearly perfect white with just a hint of gold, and it still feels soft & silky... Even without extra conditioning!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! Did not burn my scalp. Prior to purchasing Age beautiful creme lightener I had used Ions. The biggest difference for me is the Age beautiful does not burn my scalp. It also mixes very well with the Salon Care 30 volume developer. The result was not quite platinum blonde even after two applications, but I was satisfied. You really have to do a lot of trial and error when trying to achieve blonde hair, with minimal damage to your scalp and hair. In the future I'm going to try an Age beautiful toner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Process like Bleach, be careful. Excellent product but it is most assuredly BLEACH. Process like bleach, not up to 45 minutes or your hair will break. Check processing every 10 minutes and don’t pass 25 minutes.

Will this work on already dyed hair to lighten and lift color as highlights so I can later dye gray ( blended with my dark color) I am looking for a gentle option to stop dyeing my hair and let my gray hair grow in style.

Asked by: pepivero
Yes but use color remover (not stripper) 1st then once it's orange (make sure ALL color molecules are rinsed out or it'll redarken) you can use this w 20 volume.

Can it be used on hair that's been dyed with a box dye

Asked by: Dean0316
1st step should be color remover (colorfix or oops NOT a color stripper which is basically bleach). One of the ones that smells like rotten eggs. That will safely lift out the box color to like an orange. Wait several days washing all those color molecules out, let the natural oils re-form, then go in with this and a 20 vol no higher.

CAN IT BE MIXED WITH PERMANENT HAIR COLOR?.. I mean add to the mix when I'm getting my hair dye?

Asked by: MARCELA ROMAN
No... it's bleach and you use it alone with developer to bleach your hair.

My natural hair color is very dark brown, and I previously used this with a 40 developer and fried my hair. What developer level should I have been using?

Asked by: CarouselAmbra
Since your hair is dark it's better to use a lower number developer like a 20. It is a slower, safer lightening process that won't strip the color as quickly or be as damaging on your hair as using a 40 developer. With 40 it lightens much faster and if you don't watch your hair carefully you can damage your hair faster and more, because you have to remember that as long as the developer is wet and on the hair it will continue to develop. And it starts developing as soon as it touches the hair so it's better to start on the medium lengths first and leave the roots for last cause they will lighten quicker being that your head/scalp is warm. So a 20 developer will take a bit longer to lighten and you will have to leave it on longer, but you won't damage as much. Oh I almost forgot it also depends on the condition your hair is in before you lighten if it is already damaged then take it from me and my very own experience you DO NOT WANT TO Bleach or lighten because yes you will completely fry your hair. After my disaster I unfortunately decided to just cut it all off. But after 2 years and more knowledge I'm ready to try it again and I know this time I will not be frying my hair.

My hair is mostly gray/white around face with some darker strands from crown and back of head. My question is, can I use a lightener to get all my hair a beautiful white?

Asked by: Donald Duck

Luminize was how I lightened and then hightlighted. But they discontinued it years ago, and I have been searching for a gentle lightner for all hair and then use as a highlighter every few months. Will agebeautiful look natural or brassy?
