Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice coverage and natural looking color Love this shade. I’m over 50% grey and using this shade covers my grey nicely and when it starts to fade my hair looks like I have had highlights done. Please don’t discontinue this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get great hair color with AGE 9WB Love this color! I was sad to see it discontinued in liquid so had to go the creme route which is not my favorite, but will do for this color. This color is perfect for blending with 10 N for a unique and beautiful color. People always stop me and ask where I get my hair colored. I tell them Sally’s Beauty Supply sells it! I have converted many gals to quit going to a salon and do their own hair color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from for both 7WB & 8WB I love this line. I was going from a lifted/dyed very light ashy/leaning torwards platinum and I wanted something more natural looking. My virgin hair is that dishwater blonde that can get golden highlights if I'm in the sun enough. Since my hair was already light, I used a 10 developer and mixed equal amounts of 8wb/7wb. Yes, it was darker then the swatch for about 5 days?....but that was fully expected as anybody that has been dying their hair for a awhile should know this. If your hair is damaged in any way and you are somebody that leaves the dye on for the longer timeframe "I got grays", it's gonna come out dark and will gradually fade out "unless your doing black or something like that". After those 5 days, it slightly lightened to a beautiful rich warm medium/dark blonde, like a mix between a dark strawberry blonde and a dark blonde. I loved it and the color did NOT continue to fade after those first 5 days! When it came to root time as my roots were not as lightened as the rest of my hair, I switched to a 20 developer and stayed with the 50/50 7/8 wb mix. Not bad but after those first few days of fading, I want to go just a tad lighter on the roots/virgin hair. So I just ordered 30 developer and am switching to just the 8WB medium color. I also maybe once a week used a homemade purple toning shampoo/conditioner to just slightly keep the over the top brassy out. This is a warm color base of course, but my hair really turns brassy when it's lifted so I feel toning once a week has kept it in check and the color is more like the swatch after the initial fading.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay My base is a light golden brown(6G). I have some grays. My hair was previously colored to a medium golden blonde(8G) using light golden blonde(9G) with a level 30 developer. I used light warm beige blonde(9WRB) with a 30 volume developer. Processed on roots for 25 minutes and then pulled through to ends for last 5 minutes. My hair really didn't look that different. I expected to see more rosy tones. It did make my hair go from a medium golden blonde(8G) to a more neutral dark blonde(7N). I guess I just expected more of a difference in tone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the Warm Beige Colors I started buying these when they came out. I love all of them, it makes your ash color so much warmer. Please do not stop carrying these.
Date published: 2018-12-24
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too dark. I used a 5wb on my roots and a 6wb on the ends after lightning my hair with a color remover and oh my! My hair came out black! #(
Date published: 2018-11-07
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Came out way darker I should have listened to the reviews that said to go 2 or 3 shades lighter because this did not turn out at all like the color it showed. But I will say it left my hair really soft.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Warm Beige "Blonde"? - 8WB I wanted to slightly darken my light ash blonde hair for the fall. I decided to try a new brand (I usually use Ion) and went with AGEBeautiful because of the nourishing qualities and also the variety of beige colors, which are suitable for my skin tone and not always easy to find. I went with 8WB Warm Beige Blonde because it only appeared to be about 3-4 shades darker than my current hair color, which was my goal. I applied the color to my roots first, then all over, with a tint brush. I started getting a little alarmed when the creme turned nearly black while processing, but in my experience, I know the color creme often looks waaay darker than the actual outcome. I processed it for under the recommended time of 30 minutes (about 15-20 minutes), then rinsed it out. Here is the result. The color itself is pretty; however, I would hardly say that I'd describe it as Warm Beige Blonde. I see no evidence of any rosy undertones as described; and that's after applying to light blonde hair with beige undertones! I've been lightening my hair for almost two years, and wanted to gradually darken the blonde until I got to a chocolate brunette. Now.. well, I'm already at chocolate brunette in one go. It's a little disappointing. I will say that my hair does look and feel very healthy, and the color itself is gorgeous even though it's not even close to the color swatch or anything even remotely resembling "Warm Beige Blonde." Word of warning; if you want to use these colors, purchase one that is several shades lighter than what you want. My hair was healthy, moisturized and properly prepped for color, and this was still my result.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great color! I am 65 and I've colored my hair since I was 19. I always buy Zotos Age Beautiful haircolor. No other color covers my gray this well nor conditions it the way this brand does. I mix 8NN with 9N usually (8N with 9G in the summer) to create my own unique color. I went to get my hair color yesterday and found these NEW colors! I got the 8WB and 9WB so thought I'd try them. I mixed the 8WB and 9WB together this afternoon with 30 volume developer (Age Beautiful brand - won't use any other developer) - OMG! it turned out GORGEOUS! Not overly rosy but a healthy, beautiful color. My husband said "stay with this mixture". My roots are totally gray when I color every three weeks. This time I colored all over because of the "new" color but I'll just do the roots from now on since this is established.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth color Have over 50% white hair have been coloring strawberry blonde - wanted to tone it down and blend my white roots. Used the 9WB with 20 volume developer and it left it a nice even medium neutral blonde with champagne highlights - it will be interesting to see how it wears after a few washes, but right now couldnt be more pleased.

Is this a brand I have to mix with something else? Or do I just put it in my hair like it is?

Asked by: CareBear89
I mix with 20 developer. And I do mix 2 colors.

Why did the 9WB make my hair BROWN. My hair was already a level 9. Why did it make it darker and what can I do? I'm thinking that the tubes were mismarked.

Asked by: Josie565
Color cannot lift color. If you are adding more color to your already level 9 hair you are adding shade and depth. Adding a level 9 to a level 9, because you’re building color over color can certainly darken it and change the shade. Some brands do tend to “take” deeper than others. If you want a lighter result I’d look for something that lifts color, or even a color gloss or Demi. Hope that helps.

Did you discontinue the 9WB and if so, why? I have been using it for years, it's the only color that works great for me. I'm afraid if I use the 8WB it will be too dark. Thank you

Should I use the developer?

Asked by: Nyoung27
You have to use a developer - I use the Ion 20 developer and it works great - the color stays on my hair better than any other i've used - hard to cover grays
