Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strawberry Blonde not Golden Blonde My daughter was a bit disappointed because her hair has a strawberry blonde look now. She thought it would be golden blonde, not red/orange blonde.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sally, Do better. I have been using the same color for years. Now when the box changes the formula does too, and that not good because I ask the girl and she assured me it was the same. Well it wasn't. On top of that the prices have more then doubled. Most stores give a point system at no charge. Not Sally. Sally do better for your customers.

If u do have it how much do I need to cover my all gray shoulder length hair? Thank u

Asked by: Squirrel 2020
I use 2 TBS heaping Wella Colorcharm Cream Developer and 1 TBS heaping of Color Charm Gel Permanent Hair Color to cover my roots. I have a very little of the color solution remaining. When I touch up the color on my already colored hair, I add an equal amount of shampoo to the remaining leftover color solution. I put the shampoo/color solution on the rest of my hair and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then rinse, shampoo, and deep condition my hair.

How much developer do you need to add to the color to cover gray and make the color last for cinnamon

Asked by: Cari7789
if you have a lot of gray, use #30 developer. It's a one to one ration. One ounce of color, one ounce of developer.

i have dark blonde with highlights, used light blonde 8N/811 and it turned my hair redish brown, not blonde at all. I am looking for touch up around face and part highlights. what color should i use?

Asked by: LK 000000
Try 9g with 40 dveloper. 1 oz 9g to 2 is developer. It 1:2 ratio. I usually add 9g and 10n together for a real lighter blonde. Same ratio. 1 oz. Of each color and 2 oz of developer for each color will do my roots for my whole head. So adjust as needed. Again 1:2 ratio. The N color neutralizes the color so it does not get brassy.

I have medium brown hair about 50 percent gray. I don't want a flat color. How do I get color with natural looking different tones

Asked by: Anonymous
I have the same and I use Wella permanent hair color I use cinnamon brown and I addhalf of the amount dark golden brown and it gives me brown with a little golden and red high lights. Every ones hair is diff. you may half to play with the amount golden brown you use the next time you color it. I get lots compliments on it.

I’ve been using 940 w/20 vol. cream developer forever and it basically matches the swatch. I would like to a level or 2 darker and add some red in. Can that be done?

Asked by: Joolz6868
Definitely! I go down a number for it to be darker and add a bit of auburn or wine color to it. I don’t have the swatches here so I can’t give you numbers. Good luck. I love their products

I have a blonde color hair used from my beautician. She uses a level 8 and 9 mixed together. I am 58 years old and very gray without color. My natural color is a dark brown. What should I use to color my hair with a wella color. my color now is blonde

Asked by: LDYDIIII
Hello I am a professional. Don’t use ash because you already have a grey base color and using ash will just add more grey, to cancel gray you will have to use a Warm. So you can Use 8NG.
