My color gel box says 7AA/632. I can't find that number in your list. Help!

Asked by: annet7228
Use 7a. 7a is ash. 7aa is more ash.

For 15 years I’ve bleach my hair white/blonde using powder bleach with 30vol developer. Now it’s badly damaged. I want to go a bit darker but my hair usually will not even hold any color. What can I do?

Asked by: Ginger4u
Mine was the same for a long time. Use 10 volume with permanent die. Condition often. No shampoo. Coconut oil or mineral oil treatments help. Art naturals argon and aloe hair mask are wonderful. It takes time but eventually your hair will hold color.

What does the color 12A frosty ash look like? I am assuming it is ash toned but is it ashy gray, because in the picture it looks like it is almost white? If I am looking for a color that is icy platinum blonde (not gray) is this the right color for me?

Asked by: BlondeJess
You would probably want something with a violet base, not an ash base, but if your hair is dark you will need to lighten it with bleach first. The outcome of every color application depends on the color/level of hair your applying it to. I hope that helps.

What % developer do I use with the Wella Color Charm 507 gel?

If you want to deposit the color only, use 10. If you want a lift and deposit use 20.

What color will 9NG turn newly bleached hair?

Asked by: Erinrocks1977
I would deep condition newly bleached hair. If I could, I would wait five days before applying 9NG. It should be true to the color swatch chart.

Hairdresser used 12ng to color my grays, you dont have this number, what should i use?

Asked by: IsabelBB
We are sorry to hear that you could not find your color with us. SBS-800487 12N/1200 Blonde Claire may be a good alternative to the 12NG that you were using, though the colors will not have exactly the same results. If you decide to try a new hair color we would recommended that you perform a strand test. In a strand test you would color a small section of your hair with the new color in a place that isn't noticeable, follow the processing directions, and see how you like the color.

Hi I used 10NG Wellacharm. I really want a light blonde like 12C. My hair is very honey blonde will I need to bleach it? I use developer 20 for sensitive skin but not sure that will get me the color I want.

Asked by: Tracy0901
Everyone's hair takes color different, if you want a professional look you should go to the beauty salon but if you are already a light blond you should not need bleach. Depending on how your hair grabs the color you may need a higher developer. The 10NG seems to be a strawberry blond so you may not grab the C in the 12 C everyone is different. Good luck

how long is the tube of color good for if I only use half per color and close cap tightly after use? also how long is the 20 vol creme developer good for if I only use part bottle?

Asked by: karena20
I color my hair every 3 to 4 weeks and the bottle of developer last me until it is gone. Not sure how long the hair color would last but I do know it lasts a month because I use half one month and use the other half the next. I mix two colors each time I color my hair.
