    What makes it special?
    • Vibrant, long lasting, fade resistant results
    • Excellent gray coverage
    • Gentle floral fragrance
    • Deep conditioning
  • Mix Ratio: 1 part haircolor, 2 parts developer. Lighter than natural shade, first time application: Develop for 15 minutes, check, then process up to an additional 15 minutes or until color is even. Darker than natural shade, first time application: Develop for 30 minutes, check, then process up to an additional 15 minutes if additional coverage is needed.

Tips for achieving optimum coverage on gray hair:

    1. Select a shade level 8 or darker for best coverage; Lighter shades will create a translucent effect.

    2. Shades from Natural or Gold Family will produce a more natural result with optimum coverage.

    3. Mix with 20 Volume Well Color Charm Developer

    4. Apply generously starting at the area with highest percentage of gray or most resistant.

    5. Process for 30 minute, extend to 45 minutes if needed.

    6. For better coverage on hair that is more than 50% gray, use a fashion shade from the Red Family and mix with equal parts of Wella Color Charm Natural or Gold shade at the same level.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wella light auburn I really like the color .. I’ve used wella for years ... The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is the color fades pretty quickly .. maybe I wash my hair to much or maybe should wear a hat in the sun .. but it is very easy on my hair too!! Doesn’t dry it out at all..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wella Color Charm 3RV/367 Black Cherry I have been using this product for several years and LOVE this color. I get compliments on the color. I'm still very happy with the color. When light shines on my hair the color shows beautifully.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My go to fall shade I always use developer volumn 10. Strips hair's natural color less and seems to hold dyed color longer. Dye tends to be darker than name implies using the lower developer. I would describe this as medium copper brown when using a 10 developer. Great color for fall/winter.

If I buy the boxed Wella Care Hair Color, do I also need to purchase the developer and toner separately?

yes

I am naturally brunette I bleached my hair to a brassy color somewhere between golden yellow /orange. Wondering if wella 7a/672 medium smokey ash blonde will work to neutralize better than toners I usually use . And how dark would it end up

Asked by: AngieO13
From what I remember, the more damaged your hair is, the more likely it will get darker. Additionally, I had to bleach, tone, bleach, tone to get to the ash color I wanted. Best of luck! BTW, my hair is short, and cut frequently, so I could always cut off damage. Condition like crazy!!

Can you use leftover color that hasn’t been mixed with developer yet?

Asked by: Anonymous
Yes. I mix my colors and sometimes I'll use up bottles that have been opened over a year, and it colors my hair the same as new. The liquid turns really dark, but it doesn't seem to affect the color result.

My mothers hair has grey roots but she wants all of her hair to be medium blonde . What do i buy ? Also i dont want to use bleach on her hair. Please tell me what to buy.

I use wella charm . 711/7N medium blonde. But I also use the light blonde 811/8N and mix them half and half. It covers very nice and is a little lighter ,because I felt the medium blonde was too dark.  Hope this helps!
