Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great coverage. I am allergic to so many hair dyes but not with Clairol Soy 4Plex. It covers my white hair wonderfully. My hair is shiny, healthy and I get compliments all of the time. I highly recommend.

Do you have the 10GN Soy 4Plex liquicolor? Would the 8G color work for a light golden blonde color?

Asked by: Bowlermammaw1947
We currently carry SBS-320722 10GN Soy 4 Plex in permanent liquid hair color. If you would like to try it. If you are looking for a Level 10 hair color in permanent creme hair color , there is a 10G SBS-320399 and a 10N SBS-320388 that you could try. The 8GN SBS-320393 is two shades darker than a 10GN but has the same Gold and Neutral base as the 10GN.

My hair is dyed very light blonde. I am wanting to use Clairol Permanent Hair Color 10V Lavender Ice. Is 10 volume creme developer good to use with this? Any suggestions how I can boost the lavender color?

Yes! Anything stronger would be too strong!

I have brown hair and am trying to cover grey. I ordered the 3N color. What developer do I need to mix with it.

Asked by: KAmy1993
My preference is the Clairol 40 volume cream developer. It's thicker than the clear. You might could get by with 20 or 30 but I do 40 to be sure.

I am looking for Clairol Soyplex creme permanente 6AA

Asked by: Apolinar
Sadly Clairol is no longer offering 6AA in the creme formulation. You can only buy it in the liquid formulation. Very sad that Clairol has decided to eliminate so many colors in the creme formulation I have used for years.

I currently use Clairol 8N permanent hair colour, want to go a shade darker....golden brown or lighter....suggestions ????

Asked by: Moochie12
Suggestions on what? You are using a neutral blonde color, should you use a golden color then you will have golden lights. Restate your question, it makes ZERO sense.

what does G stand for? what does N stand for? what does R stand for? Thank you.

Asked by: AMGramont
G is for Gold tones, R for Red tones and N is Neutral with neither red or gold tones. Double NN means there is double the neutral color (mix 1:1 with developer) for gray coverage. The double NN can leave a very flat overall color.
