  • Radical tones for One Step, Contemporary Permanent Creme Hair Color Can be used on previously lightened hair Vivid bright hues in one quick step
Be funky and fun with BTZ's Rock On One Step Contemporary Permanent Hair Color! Get bright, vivid, vibrant color with permanent, long lasting results! The conditioning formula will help to leave hair smooth and moisturized. Control the intensity of the tone by mixing and matching shades to create your own signature color. Now you can become an artist by creating fashionable hair art by combining colors to create an unlimited shade palette.
  • Using a non-metallic bowl, mix 2oz of hair color with 2oz of 10V or 40V developer. Use 10 Volume Developer with a processing time of 10-20 minutes when applying to pre-lightened hair. Use 40 Volume Developer with a processing time of 30-40 minutes when applying to virgin hair that has not been previously color treated.

For the most vibrant results apply to natural hair color levels 6 (dark blonde) and lighter. Pre-lightening prior to application on darker virgin hair color or hair that has been previously colored is often necessary for the most vibrant results. Use suitable protective gloves and apply color on desired strands. After processing rinse thoroughly.

  • Use petroleum jelly around hair line to keep skin from staining. Remember, if the hair is already color treated you may need to remove the previously applied color prior to your BTZ(TM) application. First, complete a test strand to ensure desired results as well as a preliminary patch test for safe product use.

Note: Permanent Hair Color alters the natural hair color and will not revert back to virgin hair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burning My little brothers usual dye was out so he got this instead. He isn’t allergic to dyes or anything, we’ve tested, but straight away he was complaining about the smell. As a dye fanatic, it’s not that bad, kinda like a wet dog ran rampant in an expired perfume store. The dye can out weird. Parts were red and parts were red, I thought it would develop but is seemed that all the dye was at the bottom. I was frustrated trying to put it on evenly no and he starts complaining about burning. Now let me tell you, this kid is a champ. Hes broken a tooth without noticing. He’s fallen down stairs and laughed. He’s spilled boiling soup on his arm and gotten a second degree burn before and he said it was almost as bad, but a different type of burn. I brushed it off but as soon as he started to get panicky rushed him to the bathroom and he washed off. He doesn't have any redness or burns or anything unusual about his skin but he was really scared.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this dye. I've been coloring my hair for years and this is by far my favorite dye. It's the only red that actually lasts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This hair dye is a joke Dyed my hair purple on Sunday. It was so purple and I loved it! Purple gone by Wednesday. Bought permanent. Didn't wash, use products, or flat iron! My bright, bold purple is now barely a lilac. It lasted 3 days. WTF!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad bad bad!! My Sally's recently stocked this, and I being an avid hair dye enthusiast, I used it with volume 40 developer a few weeks after bleaching to almost white blonde. It turned an awful dark purple-pink, and the back didn't take at all, just bleached it lighter. It turned my darkish roots orange. I've been dying my hair for almost 10 years. I've never been so dissatisfied.

Do I need solution for this kind of dye and what number 10, 20, or 30

Asked by: Monyroy42
Yes, you need some cream developer. I use 40 volume because I feel like the color is more brilliant when I do. It's really a personal choice. But I would use at least a 20.

I’d like to try this on my hair. I have salt and pepper presently so my question is will this cover gray? And I definitely don’t want a bright blue bcuz I’m 63. Don’t think it’ll look good on an older lady lol.

Asked by: Kepola917
It covers mine. I use sangria pop and indigo.

Can I use Color Oops to remove this? (Rockin' Red) The Color Oops says not to use over henna, and the Rock On product warns against using if you are allergic to black henna.

Asked by: HappyNihilist
On my experience the best hair color remover you can use to remove Rock on is one and only color fix  Color fix don’t damage your hair  you mix battle 1&2 ally on your hair let it work for 25 minutes and wash with warm water

Go to Sallys beauty supply and ask for the blue bleach packet, if your hair is healthy it will lighten perfectly!
