Vibrant, pastel and neon shades work best when applied to hair that has been pre-lightened to a yellow of pale yellow stage. Color lasts 6-8 washes.

Pre-lighten hair with One ‘n Only™ Argan Oil Powder Lightener. Follow mixing instructions for powder lightener. Once pre-lightened stage is achieved, shampoo with One’ n Only™ Argan Oil Color Oasis Shampoo and Conditioner.
Dry hair completely. Put on gloves. Apply Perfect Intensity™ semi-permanent hair color to the pre-lightened pieces of hair. Process up to 30 minutes. Rinse and condition. Do not shampoo. Style as usual.
