Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not bad. Just not for me. Easy to apply, not messy, brighter than I wanted. It would help if the packaging revealed the actual color a little better. I ordered both the red hot and the spiced cognac because I couldn't tell which would be best (I wanted a copper color). With the bottles side-by-side it was impossible to tell the difference. Both were actually too bright, but I could get by with the spiced cognac. I'd like to try a shade darker but its difficult to tell which is next in the steps from bright to dark.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gives single tone hair shine and dimension I have naturally 3B fine, curly hair that goes several inches beyond my shoulders. I was growing tired of my light brown to blonde ombré and decided to move back to a brunette - after two colorings I achieved an all-around decent medium 5N brown...I had forgotten how one-dimensional single-colored hair is! I decided to pick up a Jazzing clear and the next day applied it to my damp hair. I only used half a bottle and left it on about 45 minutes - I probably applied the blow drier a few times for a total of 7-8 minutes, tops. Once I rinsed it out, I felt like I could tell immediately that it was much more shiny! For kicks, I straightened it as that is the true test of shine - to get that band of sheen across your hair when the light hits it....and there it was! I was ecstatic with the results, ease of use, and the price. I figure I will sample the browns if my color fades a bit to add that newly colored pop back. I didn’t know this was even a thing but am so glad I found it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed This dye doesn’t work well at all. I followed the instructions and correct time to leave on hair. But after I washed it, nothing stayed on the hair. So disappointing

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Healthy color! Great product, when you use with a dryer the results can last me 3 months.

How many washes till it fades away?

Asked by: Anonymous
Some mild fading on 3 or 4 washes (usually around my edges, hard to keep those few grey hairs down lol) but after 6 it's over. So how long will depend on how frequently you wash your hair.

Clear says use without heat - how do you get gloss retention? I've found it only lasts until the next shampoo.

Asked by: Rachael F
It’s starts to wash out on the first shampoo  .. took a few times, but I purposely bought it for its ability to work well once and then go back to my normal hair color.

I have dark brown hair how will the color “cherry cola” look

Asked by: Karinarni65
You will get a hue of the cherry cola . When putting a color on dark brown hair. It will be more noticeable outside in the sun, and or when by any source of lighting inside. It is best to slightly lighten some pieces with a bleach using a volume 10 or 20. When bringing up some lighter sections of your dark brown hair. You will get a brighter effect of the cherry cola.

I have bleached blonde hair and want to go dark for photo shoot. How temporary is this hair dye or how long does it last?

Asked by: AyeYo123
With bleached blonde hair, Jazzing will probably last for quite a few shampoos. You probably should not depend on it washing out very easily.

If I am highlighting my hair with jazzling spiced cognac do I use developer?

Asked by: Gigi holley
No. Jazzing is temporary, no developer needed. It's also deposit only, so unless your hair is already light, you're not likely to achieve your desired results.
