Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked great! Dyed my hair too dark so used a color remover to start over. It left my hair a hideous brassy orange. Got the Ion Bright White toner in Icey White plus added Wella 050 additive and 30 vol developer. It completely cancelled out the brass & left me a nice silver blond. I'm very happy! This toner worked way better for me than the Wella toners for some reason.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Halloween Gray? Grandma Gray? I’m not sure what I did wrong, but this toner turned my beautiful blondes completely gray. I was stuck with a hideous dark gray color! I didn’t go anywhere with that hair color, but fortunately, daily shampooing help stripped off the toner in about a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Where’s my review? Icy white Not sure what is going on w this site! Had to leave a review. I love this stuff! Only used 15% H2O2 instead of 20%. Just bought some more, because the result was Daenarys hair. Liked it a lot! Not sure why only 3 reviews w one stars are on here. The site may be wack, but I love the product. Only negative is that it washed out pretty fast, but I had to use a clarifying treatment after I went too ash w my roots, so that may have stripped it out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from One of the worst toners turns hair grey I’ve given this many chances and sometimes it’s been ok. But it always overtones my hair and the result is always grey. I’ve tried their other shades and pretty much same thing happens, with the name bright white you expect your hair to be a clean platinum colour result, well not with this. I’ve started with platinum hair and had it go dark grey the times i’ve had brass in certain areas and used this to try only on the brassy parts it has not toned them they stay brassy and my final result is this drab grey hair mixed with orange brass and it’s super dry. Since it tones the lighter hair that’s mixed in grey and dosent tone the brass it makes the brass look orange with the grey mixed in. And it’s horrible i always have to remove this toner from my hair with a protein treatment. Don’t ruin your hair with this it’s not worth risking it. It will not give you an icy white result it will only give a dark dirty grey result and leave brassy hair looking more brassy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great... if you want grey hair... I ordered this product since I got to platinum blonde by myself with a very few patches of slight brassy color I got it to even out my already icy hair and the brassy tones I used it to perfection. I now have silver grey hair with copper color throughout now and my roots are now a blue and copper color. I am livid.

What developer level do I use I tried snow cap with 20 developer and it did nothing do I use 30 developer?

Asked by: Cort1487
I know this is an old question but maybe this will help someone else wanting to use this color. 20 vol is used mainly for permanent gray coverage hair color, 30/40 vol is used for serious lifting(dark to light). Snow Cap should only be used on pre-lifted, bleached hair with 10 vol only. Check every 5 minutes for desired color.

I am letting my gray/white hair grow out to see if I like it. My natural hair color was brunette and for years I've been coloring with Loreal 6.3 which includes a highlighting treatment. Will using Icy White make all my hair a high gloss white?

Asked by: LindasHair

can I use this by itself to keep my gray/white hair bright. Is it permanent? Thanks!
