Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite toner I have tried! Great toner for very light hair, gets a good white color without being too purple or grey and takes long enough to process that you still have to work quickly without having to worry you will have purple spots

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Toner! This is my favorite toner product! I've been using it for several years now to tone down the brightness of my blond from being in the sun. I've tried Wella's but that just doesn't work as well for me. Please don't discontinue this product and the Platinum shade

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I’ve gotten so many compliments I was orange then yellow then bleached roots yellow bottoms this summer and the lilac toner fixed everything I get so many compliments!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lilac for sure I applied this to my 10/11 level hair and the level 11 parts of my hair were straight light purple/lavender and the rest was a cool toned blonde... Once I was able to wash a good amount of the purple out, it looks nice and cool. If you want lavender hair, and are a level 11, I think this would be great! I'd recommend buying two boxes if your hair is longer than shoulder length.

I have salt & pepper hair, but i like to use a toner to have my hair more brillant and healthy...what toner I need to use? Thank you!!!

Honestly, Sally’s has a version of shimmering lights that I use when SL is not on sale. I really like the Shimmering Lights and Sally’s version works well.  Hope this helps.

What volume of developer should i use with these ?

Asked by: Tracy ra
20 should be fine for light brown to dark blonde. Any darker and I'd go with 30, but don't leave on too long.

I bleached my hair and im a kinda pale yellow which i want to go white. But i dont want grey hair is this a goog toner to use i was torn between the well t18 and this one

Asked by: Stephanie79
If you use this toner with a low level developer it will deposit color that will tone your hair. From how you’re describing your hair and what you want for your end result, I suggest you get this toner and use it with the higher level developer which will lift your hair two levels and deposit a beautiful platinum tone. I have used this product both ways and was happy with the results.

I'm using bleach on my hairto go from a level 3 to a level 10. So, I'm probably going to need to use a blue or purple toner, Is that correct?

Asked by: Sonja234
Yes but! Going from 3 to 10 in one to isn’t a realistic goal unless your okay with damaging your hair but the toner will help neutralize the orange and yellow that is going to be showing up

Ok so I had dark brown hair and I finally got my hair to a blonde but it is a real yellow orange color I heard I need to use a toner but I dont even know what toner is can you please explain what I need to do to get the yellow orange out of my hair

Asked by: Tessabax
I don't know what you used to lighten your hair. Your hair is dark brown which means there is a lot of red in it naturally. The ONLY way to get the yellow orange color out is to first lighten your hair with  hair bleach to finish what you started and get your hair to a pale lemon color. No toner will do what you are looking for. Toners add a pretty color to the hair after all the bleaching has gotten the red and yellow out. investigate online first. good luck.
