Rated 2 out of 5 by from Short hairs at top next to stitching stick out. Why do short 1" cut hairs stick out from the weft stitching, especially on the thinner side of stitching? The side with the deeper weft stitching is smoother but the short 1" cut hairs poke out from that side also. I presume that the thinner line of weft stitching is the correct side because it doesn't show as much and that's also the way it was packaged in a spiral at the factory. But those 1" short, spikey hairs, why? Also, why doesn't the weft thread match more closely the color of the blonde synthetic hair? The tracks show through a little because the thread is a light brown, not beige, which would more closely match the hair. The color is beautiful and the hair seems to be of good quality. I bought the 14" length in natural blonde, which is not easy to find. I was hoping to have an easy source of reordering through Sally Beauty Supply but I need answers to the above before I buy more. Thank you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage "Premium blend" they were really about 98% synthetic. Did not take semi permanent color, hair falling out everywhere while sewing in the clips, complete waste of money. Literally threw them away wouldn't put these cheap things in my hair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just ok I bought thsee extentions as a quick fix being in between on the human hair tape in. Very disappointed that they do Not curl when it's advertises they do. No curl, none. I barley curl the ends of my hair and these will stay straight. However, they're fairly soft, look natural. I recommend for only temporary wear. No longer then 7-10 days , tops !! But for $30, 10 days is awesome, for very straight hair that don't curve a qtr of an inch

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not purchase Worst purchase I’ve ever made. The sales girl said yes. Of course you can curl them. No! You cannot. !!!! I’m so mad bc I bought 2 packs thinking you can curl them. I get home. I open one & I start applying the clips myself. Took me about 2 hours. then I start getting ready for the day. And I wanted to curl my hair && guess what. No curl. Nothing. Straight straight straight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dreadlocks I have dreadlocks and recently dreaded and crocheted these extensions into my natural hair. I’ve had them for about a couple months now and I will admit they do dry out a bit but they look like beautiful and somewhat natural dreadlocks, I get complimented on them a lot. I’m really hoping that these can really lock as your natural hair would, if not I’ll just take them out and search for 100% human hair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DOES NOT CURL!!! I haven’t worn extensions in over a year and I decided to since my hair broke off from dying it blonde. So of course I go purchase the hair I used to get at sallys. Well I bought some and clipped them in and was going to curl my hair but weirdly the HAIR DIDNT WAT TO CURL!!!!! It used to ALWAYS curl back then for me. It advertised that you can curl it and it just doesn’t now which upsets me off. A waste of complete money..... I’m very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I lost my Money!!! it's just synthetic hair !!! it burns if you curl or you iron it; They lost the quality they had years ago, that wasted money !!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute Garbage and Waste of Time I bought these knowing I had to sew in the clips, which I was fine with. They say "Heat Resistant up to 340 degrees F" and you can "curl or straighten hair" so I expected them to curl and style as I normally do. THEY DO NOT CURL. Very disappointed as I spent a few hours cutting, measuring, and sewing in the clips and I can't even curl them to the style I want. Do not buy this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from People need to reread the details! I've been buying these extensions for roughly 5 years now and they are great for any type of extension you're doing. I do my own and I've done everything from clip ins, tape ins which I have in right now, my own I-tip/u-tip, micro beads, beaded wefts, and I've never had an issue. Ladies that make a complaint about the extensions not being clip ins and giving a bad review..you're not reading the description or the title because no where does it state that they are ready to wear clip in extensions. The only issue I have ever had was trying to get them to match my hair when my purple shampoo tints my blonde to silver because it's not all human. Either way, these extensions are definitely worth purchasing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for short term I just bought this today with a lot of doubt but it was cheap. The hair is extremely soft and shiny and somewhat thick. The downfall is that it looks very fake and the ends are very fresh looking...I trimmed it and point cut it. I also curled in the ends. Not sure if I will buy again but pleasantly surprised.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible!! Waste of money!! Hair will not curl, I've tried curling iron, straighter and curlers overnight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dreadlock extensions I bought these to create dreaded extensions to add length to my natural dreadlocks. The hair is silky but easy to backcomb and crochet. Really pleased with the natural look and feel of these. They've held up incredibly well even after 7 weeks of wear!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for blended hair Great for blended synthetic hair. Only con is that it's a bit thin and a whole 22" package didn't cover my entire head (my hair is very thick). Other than that I'd recommend them if you need something short term and you take care of them. Use low heat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Change in producer I have purchased 3 to 4 packs of this hair 4 times a year for the past 4 years for my daughter. We have been able to curl it and flat iron it with no issues until this past 2 times we purchased (August 2016 and January 2017) In August I was having a hard time finding what I needed and the clerk in my local store said it was because they were changing distributors. There is a significant change in the the product, you can not curl it and the hair pulls loose from the track with one brushing. This past time when we removed my daughters tracks several of them were complete empty of hair. With the cost of $80-$120 depending on the length I purchase it was very disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing this brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dry and Rough! Don't buy! Saw that they were on sale so I decided to give them a try. Upon taking them out of the package they were soft and tangle free, I put the extensions in my hair and they felt great. After wearing them a few hours they started to tangle slightly but it wasn't too bad. I decided to condition them in hopes of getting rid of the tangles. After these get wet the texture of the hair changes completely, they become visibly dry, rough, and are no longer wearable. If you plan on wearing them once for a few hours for a special occasion then I guess these wouldn't be too bad, but if you want to use these multiple times, look elsewhere.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DO NOT ! do not get these they are not worth your hard earned money. I'm a hair and beauty freak and I take really good care of my things. after wearing them a few times they start to look and feel really dry and damaged. you can only wear them a short period of time then you have to get new ones and that doesn't make any sense. they don't last long at all and save your money and invest in some really good hair extensions that you can have for a while

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money I bought this hair last week because I wanted be hair extensions and this was a brand I never saw before and it said BLENDED with human hair so I thought it would be nice and last a bit longer in my hair. The girl I talked to the hair about said it should last me about a month or so. The first day I wore them it was fine they were really silky. I wore them again for the next few days and it started losing its silkyness. The instructions on the back says how to care for the hair so when I went to wash it I washed it with shampoo and deep conditioned them, when they were dry I combed it out and it was so hard to Comb them out because the texture of the hair had gotten so rough and I tried to straighten them but they still puffed up and were really dry and rough looking. It's was such a waste of money even though it was cheap its still not worth even that. if i ever buy synthetic hair it's usually at my local beauty supply store even that hair last longer than this hair and it's way cheaper at 7-10 bucks a pack compared to spending 20 bucks extra for hair that doesn't last as long.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hairtensity Extentions To Pieces First time purchasing any type of hair extentions thought I would have these for awhile but after the first time wearing my extentions I noticed they started to get tangles an feel rough. Didn't even treat them horribly, did exactly what the directions told me to do. The more I wore them the more you could tell it was fake an not that natural look you'd want. My regular hair looked healthier than the extentions and that's sad. So, putting 60-70 dollars into my extentions with purchasing my actual extentions and the clips to sow into them I should of just saved my money for the real 100% human hair instead of buying these hairtensity hair ententions. These did not meet my needs at all. So much for being excited!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Used to be better. Due to health issues, my body doesn't obtain the nutrients in the food I eat, which seems to prevent my hair from growing at a normal rate. I purchased this product about 2 years ago, in a different color. The ones I purchased back then were soft, shiny, and manageable. A few months ago, I had a hair mishap and was forced to cut my hair up to my shoulders, whereas it used to be below my ribs. My hair was now black instead of it's previous color, and the old extensions did not dye well. So off I went to Sally's to buy a new pack in black. These ones are very different compared to my old ones. They seem to have a rubbery texture at times, and they frizz very easily. The middle down to the ends of the extensions feel rough and knotted, no matter how many times I comb or deep condition them. I have them glued in, so I can't wash my hair frequently, or else they'll keep having to be re-glued in. Also, I've noticed that the hair comes out of these very easily, thinning them out quickly. I take very good care of them, making sure they're always in a braid while sleeping, conditioning them once a week, and only straightening them when necessary. I'm not entirely sure why they changed these extensions, but I am very sad. They're the only extensions I can afford, and I am grateful for the price, but I wish they would have kept them the same.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So happy I found these!! I'm getting some expensive extensions next month, but I got impatient and didn't want to wait. I found these on sale and decided to try them. I've never tried any where I sew on the clips, but it's also nice being able to pick the ones you want to sew on. I chose small ones to sew on. It's also great because you can cut it to fit your head exactly!! I didn't even know about that until I opened the extensions. They were very soft upon opening. I wore them for over 12 hours. There was mild tangling, but honestly, I LOVE THEM!!! For the price you can't beat it!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! I am a complete hair extension fanatic and try any kind of hair, doesn't matter. I own about 9 pairs of extensions but have owned 20 pairs in total. These have been one of my favorites! I try everything. I asked my boyfriend for new extensions and he can be a little cheap haha so when we went to sally's he asked me to get these, I was very skeptical at first. I have dealt with both synthetic and real human hair but never a blend of both. But I figured eh what the heck. BEST DECISION EVER! Honestly I treat them like complete human hair which people say don't do. I guess I'm just that used to extensions I can do it. I use a wand to curl them, I iron them (hair extension secret) to straighten them, and I wash them like normal. They have lasted me that last 4 months with NO issues. They feel great and look great. I def would recommend these! My boyfriend is buying me another pair in a couple of weeks and I'm going for the 22 inch ones this time! I'll be sure to write a review on how good those are to me!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really, really LOVE these! Ok! I was skeptical at first, but I am surprisingly really LOVING these extensions! They serve their purpose for what I use them for- special occasions, and general *for fun* wear. Let me say, I do not wear them everyday, and I DO NOT wear them to bed. That being said, there are a couple of things I will mention. Do not expect "high quality" extensions that you would spend hundreds of dollars on. They do not take curling as well as I had hoped. They will take it eventually, but it takes extra long. I would also recommend that if you have very thick hair (like me) that you buy at least 2 packages of hair. Overall, I am very happy that I bought these, and recommend them to anyone who likes to change up their hair for fun- they will get the job done!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Almost a complete waste of money.. I usually buy the Sassy brand extensions. Being broke & desperate i decided to try the Hairtensity ones. They looked beautiful & silky upon taking them out of the package, Even after a day or 2 of wearing them. All day. & at night time wrapped up. I never put any heat on them. NO product. Barely brushed them. Didnt get them wet. But on the 3rd day the ends started to mat up on me. & got worse the longer i tried to wear them. By the 4th day they were completely unwearable & ugly. The ends were horribly matted, looked & felt very dry. Im really disappointed in these because i thought they would be better than they were. Lesson learned though. You get exactly what you pay for. Wont be purchasing these again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from They get the job done! I bought these for my wedding as I have really long but thin, fine hair. I just needed to add volume for the night. They worked perfectly for the event and a month later I am still using them! I only used about the half the pack and sewed the clips on myself to save money so when these are no longer usable I will take the clips and sew them onto the remaining wefts. For the price they are wonderful! Nobody notices I even have extensions in until I say something. I would not recommend these for everyday use but if you just need a little extra on the weekends or so, these are the way to go. The only dowfall is they do tangle, but not so much that it makes them difficult to brush. However I have that problem anyway with my natural hair due to the length.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No. Just no. Absolutely Terrible. Didn't last 2 days. The day after I got them they were so frizzy, as if I left a straightner on them for like 3 days and I followed the inscructions. I'm a person who's crazy about taking care of my hair too. Definately not worth the money at all. Extremely upset.

CAN U USE STRAIGHTENER ON THIS HAIR??

Asked by: SLAVE51897
I wouldn't...just using a hair dryer will fry it and make it sorta bristly. It's great for extension hair because the price is right but don't dry or curl it.
