  • Creates bouncy, voluminous hair No pins or clips required Great for overnight use Soft and comfortable
Beyond The Zone Slumber Party Rollers are a safe, heatless option for creating bouncy, voluminous hair. The foam, self-holding rollers are specially designed for comfortable overnight wear.
  • Starting with dry, clean hair, separate in 1 inch to 2 inch sections. Roll ends of the hair around the roller, then roll tightly towards the scalp.
  • For best results, leave the rollers in overnight. Lightly apply volumizing hair spray or gel for added volume and long lasting hold.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works but... The rollers held nicely but I used a bobby pin to secure them just incase. I have fairly thick mid-length hair and needed almost two packs of these. They stayed put and gave me smooth and voluminous hair in the morning. They do work but there were many drawbacks. They are very uncomfortable to sleep on and the Velcro can make it a bit difficult to get them out of long hair without snagging and breakage. There was also a chemical smell in one of the packages that left my hair smelling bad. I will be returning these because of the drawbacks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but you NEED a satin sleep cap I have long, thin, stick straight, Asian hair and have been looking for ways to give it volume with no heat. I use these around the crown of my head and the satin foam rollers for the rest on slightly damp hair. Sleeping in them is not bad but I do try to avoid placing them on the back of my head. These rollers give me the volume that last about half a day (subsequent days have a bit of lift, better than not having them in my hair) which is pretty good since I don't use mousse or hairspray and my hair is long (boob length). They will tangle horribly without a silky sleep cap though. You have to use one or it'll be very difficult to take them out of your hair and hair will end up looking frizzy. I end up using the whole pack on just the crown, you'd need at least two if you plan on using them for a whole head/hair is longer than your shoulders/you have no layers (if you haven't had a haircut in a while, get one so your hair can hold curls/waves).

how do these rollers stay in your hair?

Do you have to use bobbie pins to hold them in? Why do you say to have your hair dry, my hair will not curl by just rolling my hair around a roller without being damp.

The velcro is pretty good at holding your hair without clips or bobby pins to the point they'll grip a little when they touch each other or the netted part of my sleep cap (wearing a sleep cap also keeps them from falling out or moving and keeps them from tangling). My hair wouldn't hold any curl without being damp either. I do use them with damp hair and sleep in them. You could probably use some mousse or hairspray before rolling them if you want a stronger, longer lasting hold. I don't use any because I don't like washing my hair everyday.

I would love this roller in a smaller size also.  Is it available?
