Rated 5 out of 5 by from So happy Sally still carries a mild lye relaxer It's gentle but effective for my fine type 4 hair. Not even a hint of burning was felt. I was very pleased with the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick mailing It's a great product BUT too strong (contains lye) for my type of curls. I should've read more carefully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mild Conditioning Creme Relaxer That's the only one relaxer that I have been using for almost 40 years. I will not try any brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Relaxer Before I tried this, I was using the Mild version of Proclaim's relaxer. When I couldn't find in store anymore, I decided to give this a try and was pleasantly surprised. I have shoulder length texlaxed hair and I need for the relaxer I use to be very conditioning. I found this product wasn't too runny, very easy to rinse out and it didn't leave my hair extremely hard feeling. Thumbs Up for this product!

can you recommend a clarifying shampoo to use along with this product

Asked by: mimischer
Use a neutralizing shampoo for 1st wash. Then, Silk Elements shampoo for 2nd wash. Use Silk Elements COnditioner to comb through. Always works!

What will the result be on Caucasian female with extremely curly hair?

Asked by: Claudia 55
It depends on your curly texture. If the base of your hair is straight (as in you can blow dry your hair smooth with a hot blow dryer), even though your hair is curly, your hair may come out really greasy. I have tried it on several clients that wanted straighter hair but the hair came out so greasy and it was difficult to wash the relaxer out.

Myhiar is red n pink im gona use revlon mild hiar cream relaxer how much will this lighten my hiar

Asked by: Cheryl1221
I just noticed that the Mild cream relaxer says it is for color treated hair, but if it leaves a very orange tint on hair that does not have color, I certainly wouldn't use it on color treated hair.

is this relaxer as mild as just for me for kids

Asked by: denise ladson
I don't have experience with Just For Me, but I know that this relaxer is mild. Be sure to base the scalp first. You can add oil to the relaxer to slow the processing time.

How do I use this?

Asked by: Dbailey99
If you've never used a relaxer before, you may not want to use this as your first try, other wise use a scalp protector like petroleum jelly and apply to your new growth until your required hair type is relaxed! Shampoo out with a clarifying shampoo. Make sure all relaxer is removed. Deep condition! Then style as normal!
