Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product This shea pudding really keeps my hair in place, which is significant because I have natural black kinky hair. Initially I didn't think it would work but it does! I wear it up in a curly afro puff and apply the cream daily, but you have to wash it out between day six/seven (though black people can go two weeks without washing our hair; I wash mine weekly) because the cream will begin to flake onto your neck & clothes! I've been using this cream now for nine concerts months with no side effects (hair breakage, etc.) thus far. It also keeps the hair you apply the cream to moisturized.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice! I use this on edges of my hair and ends of my relaxed hair. Simple effective ingredients and smells delicious. It has a creamy slightly thick texture to it. I wish it was just a bit thicker personally. However, it does exactly what the jar says

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft, Silky, Smooth, Hair I've been using the Curls Popping Pineapple Curl Jelly, which does an ok job at moisturizing my hair; however, I noticed that it had Keratin as the 11th ingredient. My hair was recovering from protein overload; and I felt like my hair was going back to that stage. I decided to yet, again go back to the searching for products that don't, leave flakes in my hair, greasy, no protein, and actually moisturize my hair. This product does all of those things it leaves my hair soft, silky, and smooth as well it smells really good. Very rarely I give a product five stars, but this is a really good product. I tried their curl defining cream while that does moisturize my hair I prefer the souffle. Their whole entire line is really good.

I have 3b/3c hair and i wanna know if I can use this product and the natural curl  defining cream together as a styler and will it work?

Asked by: Mookiemo
You absolutely can. I usually would use 1 or the other though. I have 3c and 4a curls. I found that using both is extremely too much moisture and very weighty. As i have low po hair, i prefer to use the curl defining cream. The pudding is heavier.

Can it be used for slicking down your hair like into an afro puff?

Asked by: Lulu7709
I dont think it would be good at laying your hair down. A gel would be better for that type of use.
