Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely Tone Achieved On Extremely Lightened Hair Getting Icy White hair is quite a difficult task. My natural hair color is a level 6 or 7 dark blonde. Over the course of a month bleaching my hair 3 seperate times, I achieved a pale banana hair color. ( After the first and second time I bleached I used the Wella T18 lightest ash blonde liquid toner with 20 vol developer on damp hair. I feel the T 18 liquid produces a darker tint compared to the Wella Color Tango Lavender Ice CT 18. The CT stands for Creme Toner. )After the 3rd

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New favorite! I had only ever bought Wella t18 liquid toner to tone hair before so when it wasn’t in stock I decided to try this t18 creme and it worked so well!! I have used this product 3 times now and 100% prefer the creme version over the liquid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Icy Blonde. I just tried this today and was not sure how it would turn out on my yellow blonde hair. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it turned out. It was very easy to use. I used a 10 vol dev. because I did not want my hair to lift. I like this much better than Wella color charm toner. This one did not seem harsh at all. The smell was not bad either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Cool Blonde I use this to cool down my bleached hair, which turns golden (pretty, but not exactly what I want) when bleached. I used the liquid version of this T18 instead of cream (CT18) once when Sally's was out, and I wasn't as pleased. It was more neutral than icy or cool toned. This cream version is awesome and I think more hydrating. I use a vol20 (never use higher than that for toner!), left it in for 30 min (supposed to be 20 but I forgot about it), and it smells nice and doesn't fry my already processed hair. I attached pictures, but don't really think they do it justice. I'm also glad the woman at Sally's told me it starts to turn pinky-purple as it processes so don't panic when you see the color. It doesn't stay!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I used this to get the orange out of my lighter bleached hair and it just made it more orange and darker and it fried it.
