Product Great! Container Stinks
this is the 2nd generic kenra product this has happend to so as much as i love the product and the price im probably done. i ordered 2 bottles of this hair spray. i used the first bottle no problem but only used the 2nd bottle twice before it stopped working. i held it under a hot tap and nothing. i fished the old can out of my trash and switched caps and nothing. this has slso happened to me 3 times with the texturing spray so i guess i am moving on. it works great if you can get it out of the can.

love this spray. it is yhe best i have found. it is much cheaper than my usual spray. i hate i missed the 4 for 20.00. maybe i will get in on it next time.

Better than brand name
I got tired of spending $25 on Kenra . I tried this and I seriously think it works better !! Love it & saving money makes it even better . I just bought four bottles/ cans during the 4/$20 sale !!

Will Hold Your Hair in a Typhoon
I'll say one thing: this spray does the job and a little goes a long way toward doing it. I had heard that the nozzle clogs a lot so I am rinsing it after each use and so far no problems. I will definitely buy this spray again.

I believe so, unless these compounds do not reveal a sulfur oxide anion in its wording. The can's ingredients: Alcohol Denatured (SD Alcohol 40-B), Hydrofluorocarbon 152a, Octylacrylamide/Acrylates/Butylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Aminomethyl Propanol, AMP-Isostearoyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Fragrance (Parfum), PEG/PPG-17/18 Dimethicone, Benzophenone-4, Phenyl Trimethicone, Triethyl Citrate, Panthenol.

Does this hair spray smell good?
I think it does. It reminds of Hair Salon spray, which means it smells the same as the spray that has been used on my hair in most salons I have visited.

Is this spray a voc 80% or voc 55%?
I do not know what "voc" means. If it has anything to do with the volume of alcohol content, the can states: Alcohol Denat. (SD Alcohol 40-B), as its first ingredient. The Generic Ingredient Comparison is as 2016. It also states - Kenra Volume Spray: Denatured Alcohol ( SD Alcohol 40), as the first ingredient. Does this info help? Otherwise I am happy to be of some help, just the same.

Does it make the hair stiff
Yes, if you spray very close to your hair for more than a second. With my experience, hold it 10” away, press down all the way (or read directions) and spray, moving quickly.
With “normal” sprays, the liquid drys quickly.
