What is it?
OPI Infinite Shine ProStay Primer base coat has been reformulated with ProStay technology that bonds to the nail for optimum sticking power providing up to 11 days of gel-like wear and shine. Infinite Shine is a hybrid lacquer line with a premium luxurious formula that requires a 3-step process for maximum results.
Step 1: Primer: Goes beyond base - it actually primes nails for a revolutionary grip on color while preventing staining.
Step 2: Lacquer: Delivers real depth with ultra-rich, vivid color.
Step 3: Gloss: Promises gel-like durability - the state-of-the-art formula includes gel polymers that cures to a hard film in natural light, yet removes easily without soaking.

Ethyl Acetate, Alcohol Denat./SD Alcohol 40-B, Butyl Acetate, Heptane, Nitrocellulose, Tosylamide/Epoxy Resin, Isopropyl Alcohol, Trimethyl Pentanyl Diisobutyrate, Polyvinyl Butyral, Camphor, Dimethicone, CI 60725 (Violet 2)
Apply one thin layer of Infinite Shine ProStay Primer, apply one thin layer of Infinite Shine color of your choice, to ensure coverage apply a second thin layer of color. Allow two minutes to dry before applying Infinite Shine Gloss.
1. Prep: Apply to clean, dry nails. (Cleanse nails with alcohol after using polish remover!)
2. Prime: Apply one coat of the advanced Primer for real staying power and stain-free removal.
3. Lacquer: Apply two thin coats of ultra-rich, vivid Infinite Shine color. Wait two minutes after second Lacquer coat to apply Gloss Top Coat.
Gloss: Finish with one thin coat of Gloss for a durable finish that cures to a mirror shine in natural light. Make sure there is adequate light for the curing process to occur, and also ensure that thumbs are receiving light by tilting them upward.
Infinite Shine dries to the touch in 8 minutes; completely in 15 minutes."

Must Read, works great if used a little differenty
I have tried just about every brand of nail polish and base/top coat out there (have 100+ bottles) in search of a long wearing polish. Nothing ever lasted more that 2-3 days for me, including this product. HOWEVER, one day I accidently put the base coat on top of the color. I then I finished the manicure and applied the top coat. The polish lasted at least a week but I thought it was s fluke. But ever since I have been applying it the same way and it continually lasts about a week; even during the holidays when I was cooking and washing my hands and dishes/pans a lot. I have also tried used other brands for the color and it still seemed to last. The one thing to note is that it does take longer to dry but obviously worth it.

Same name, different color
I gave this 2 stars because the polish has nice shine and stays on well. I only gave it 2 stars because I bought a color I had in the original lacquer and it is a totally different color in the Infinite Shine. Very disappointing!

Love it!
Probably my favorite primer! I've noticed that it has made my nail polish last longer than other primers I've used. It also makes the top nail polish look very smooth. I received this product complimentary from influenster.
