Rated 1 out of 5 by from No shine I was not happy with it. It did not have the shine I was expecting. The product was not as advertised.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Gloss or Shine I bought all three products and love the primer and lacquer, but there is no shine with this product. It left my nails with a matte finish. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No shine! Unfortunately takes off the nice shining color the nail polish and give a strange mat effect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super shiny and excellent staying power! As a major fan of the original OPI top coat, I was excited to try this formula. It's been a week without a single chip and I am so pleased! It's also super shiny and my nails even feel stronger. Very happy with this product, would highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage, zero stars The first few times I used this top coat it was great. Dried quickly and great shine. Then the last 2 manicures I did this top coat (still the same bottle) dried to a dull matte finish. Horrible. What is OPI doing to fix this as I see there are several reviews complaining of the same problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tacky I love OPI products but not this Infinite Shine. It didn’t seem to dry and after days is still quite tacky and just has a sticky feel. Maybe there’s something I don’t know.

I am very disappointed with this expensive product. It took the color right off the tips of my nails. I let them dry 7-8 minutes before applying. What, if anything, did I do wrong?

Asked by: JaniceGG
What were you doing? Were you adding clear over already-painted nails? If you use the three steps, the base coat will hold the color on your nails longer, the color will color, of course, and the top coat will protect and add shine. If you use the base coat as a top coat, it will feel sticky--like rubber on glass (not sure how to describe it); but the top coat dries hard and smooth--when you rub it on fabric, it will slide easily. There are very few nail polishes that I have ever purchased and used that stays on longer than this polish set. I agree that it is a bit pricey, but I have collected most of the colors, and really love this polish. Please add more information about what you were doing that caused disappointment. Hoping to

I wen5 to Sally’s to get more Ever Glaze Gel top coat but found out they no longer have that line. I asked what I could use in place of it the lady sold me OPI infinite shine. Will this really work with the Ever Glaze gel polish?

Asked by: Lisagohorse
I’ve never used Ever Glaze Gel.  If it’s no-light gel, the infinite shine works great.

Can infinite shine topcoat be placed over OPI lacuqer based products?

Asked by: Marlena46219
Yes it can. I do it all the time. Just make sure that you let the lacquer dry completely before applying the Infinite Top Coat.
