  • Easy and simple 1 step application No base or top gel needed No tacky layer to remove
FingerPaints 1 Step Soak Off Gel Polish - Prep nails, apply 1 coat of the 1 Step Gel Polish, and cure. Voila. No need to wipe tacky layer...seriously just 1 step, no base coat or top coat to achieve a beautiful manicure in minutes. Glides on smooth with glossy gel finish. If you want to apply the 2nd coat then apply on top of the 1st coat and cure. That's it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible product. Unusable. I would give it zero stars if possible. This arrived completely dried up and unusable. Customer service never responded and I could not return to the store because it was closed due to Covid. Out $9.99. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Formula I used the red one for Valentines Day. I polished and cured and was very impressed with the richness of the color. Within ten minutes, the polish bubbled up like a science project gone bad. Some nails started to peel 20 minutes into the manicure. I was tired so I waited to one day to take it off. IT WOULDNT COME OFF after my nails were wrapped in foil for 30 minutes. It stained my nails horribly and Im sitting here salty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and lasts I bought this 3 weeks ago and really like it. Quick cure time and only two coats for coverage. I use the if lamp that is from Nailene. I have less issues with peeling and chipping with this one compared to the nailene gels and gelish. Also have no shrinking with this one. Wish there were more colors to choose from.

Asked by: Annalise1736363
I have used 60 then move down to 45 then now I’m using 30 seconds and there’s no difference in drying time so now I’ve stayed at 30 second but my last coat  which is my go cost I dry for 30 seconds twice , I have been using fingerpaints gel polish for the last 3 years consistently and love it.

how do you soak these off? going on 2 hours w soft biffing and sanding. help!

Asked by: ptk216aa
I’m sure that Tami Lee meant foil, not foul. Steps to remove: 1. Buff the nail to remove all of the shine from the nail polish. Roughen up the surface well without reaching the natural nail.  2. Apply acetone or soak-off solution to cotton ball. Saturate cotton thoroughly, apply cotton to nail and wrap in foil (shiny side in) tightly. I can feel a bubbling sensation as the polish begins to soften.  3. Wait, checking nails every 10 to 20 minutes. Add more remover to cotton as needed.  4. When polish is softened, use a cuticle pusher to gently scrape polish off of nails, without damaging the natural nail surface.  5. Follow with a mani and/or pedi and reapply reg. or gel polish or not! Now your finished! I paid $18 to have my gel polish removed at a salon and now my nails are ruined. She didn’t use foil but some plastic clamps shaped like fingers. The polish didn’t soften so she filed and filed and damaged my natural nails. I’ll never do that again. Home removal is tedious but best because no one’s in a hurry! I set aside two hours. I read or binge watch something as they soak and the time flies. I do both feet first, then one hand leaving one hand free. The last step is to remove polish from the remaining hand.

What does the cure process entail with nail polish?

Asked by: VickiG55
To use this polish You have to buy an LED or UV light and put your hand in it for 30-60 seconds to cure the polish.  Sally sells an LED that works really well. I'm happy with it.

Do you use a base or top coat with the one step gel polish?

Asked by: AllysonT
NO. This product is not made to be used with a base or top coat. People are using the product incorrectly and posting poor reviews. All you need is some alcohol, a curing light, and the polish. Wipe finished nails with alcohol and you will have a high shine finish.
