Rated 5 out of 5 by from This worked great! This acetone works great! I was able to saturate the acrylic overlay and gel polish off using the cotton ball and foil method just as they do in the nail salon with no problem! I let it stay on for about 45 mins. so that it could remove the acrylic and gel with ease. And it did just that! I believe it would have worked just as well with 30 mins. but I wasn't in a hurry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works like expected Works like I thought. Leaves slight white film on nails - this may be normal & was corrected with washing hands and buffing. No particular odor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bang for your buck This is the most effective and best priced pure acetone I could find. Best for stamping plate cleanup, cleaning cuticles from excess polish- and I don’t use gel polish or acrylic, but I used this to remove a friend’s acrylics. It took time, but worked. Make sure to hydrate with jojoba oil afterwards though.
Date published: 2020-05-22
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average item Works fine with regular polish... it takes longer to remove a gel polish and really dries out your fingers and cuticles.
Date published: 2020-05-21
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never Disappointed! It takes all of the polish off with one cotton ball. Just make sure after you are done to wash your hands really well. I have used this nail polish remover for over 30 years and have never been disappointed.

Does acetone go bad and it doesn't work?

Asked by: Rachel12345
I have never had any go bad and in one case I had a bottle for almost a year and it still worked. The only thing that could happen to it that I know is it may evaporate if the cap is not put on correctly.

Does this product have a seal on it I bought the 32oz?

Asked by: Torijef2
Yes it has a seal under the cap, but I would suggest transferring it into a more secure container after breaking the seal since I have had leaks if it falls over

Does this remove powder nail polish

Asked by: Buddy6822
Yes it does. I file the top layer just a little. Then soak in the acetone for 15-20 minutes. It comes off pretty easy after the soak.
