Rated 5 out of 5 by from IBD - LED & UV Clear Gel I have used different brands. They crystalize, chip off of my nails etc. I purchased IBD - LED & UV Clear Gel and will never use anything else. It has a strong hold with no unwanted effects.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seriously lovelyy I got this thinking about the purchase for a few days. Even when I was buying it I was hesitant because I wasn't sure if it was going to cure with my LED lamp (which now I feel dumb because on the package it has the directions). Very easy to work with. Comes out very shiny. Natural looking. People think my nails are all mine. PRICE! At first I thought it was a little expensive, especially for 0.5 oz. But a little goes a long way! This will last a long while. Shelf life is 36 months

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Product! I bought my first tube in July and it last me 2 months. This time I bought 1 online and 2 in the store cause I gave 1 away as a gift it is that good. When you start to use this it is a little runny so you do have to do 1 nail at a time but this stuff is really strong and it last 2-3 weeks with proper nail care. I love this IBD Hard Gel. I recommend it to anybody who wears extentions and yes it is LED curable.

I have been using this product for about a year. I have followed the instructions and I have asked the advice of the staff at my local store. For some reason, with in minutes, my nails will start to lift, at the corner of my nails. Suggesttions?

Asked by: Crissy Janelle
After prepping like svice125 mentioned, brush on a thin coat from cuticle area to free edge and cure it. This will give the built-up gel something to stick to.

Could this product be used to adhere large rhinestone?

Asked by: Anahir98
Absolutely! I use this and then brush on IBD's no wipe top coat (it's in the area of the store where these gels are) without curing either one first. Set your gems on top and then cure, there will NOT be a sticky inhibition layer this way. Good luck!

Can I use this as a brush on gel that’s hardens when dry?

Asked by: Stmissie
I have been using this product on my clients for over 10 years. You can use the IBD cleanser plus or either isopropyl alcohol to remove the tacky finish to seal the nails. I prefer 70% because, 91% or higher will make the nails look dull.

How is this different than the IBD hard Builder gel? is this meant to cover the building gel?

Asked by: Othello1
I have not used this hard gel yet but i assume it is less strong than the builder gel. You could use this hard gel as a top coat but i suggest to stick with the builder gel for nai extensions.

Can i put this on top of acrylic and put it under a gel polish Led lamp?

Asked by: Vanessas123
You can but it won't last more than a couple days and it will lift. Acrylic is harder and the flexible gel doesn't cover it well.

Does it burn when cure in the uv lamp?

Asked by: Aliona1989
I've always used this gel with a 36w UV lamp and have experienced burning once or twice. My sister does the same and never has burning. If it does start getting hot, just take your hand out of the lamp for about three seconds and put it back in. The heat is just the process of chemicals reacting and hardening.

is this a soak gel?

Asked by: callliem
No! This is a more permanent gel that would need to be filed off to remove.
