MIXING RATIO 1:1

• Measure 2 oz (60ml) 5-Minute Express Toner + 2 oz (60ml) 5-Minute Express Toner Developer into a hair color applicator bottle & mix well.
• For ease of mixing, add developer first and then add toner.

APPLICATION FOR PRE-LIGHTENED HAIR:

• Apply to damp, towel-dried, pre-lightened hair.
• Process up to 5 minutes, or until desired shade is achieved.
• Rinse hair thoroughly; follow with your favorite Ultra Bond shampoo and conditioner.

• Apply to damp, towel-dried or dried hair.
• Process up to 5 minutes or until desired shade is achieved.
