Donation Requests

If you represent a non-profit organization that supports breast cancer  research or a women’s domestic violence shelter and would like to apply for a  donation, please send a written request via the United States Postal Service  to:

Denton, TX 76202

The request must be submitted on your organization’s letterhead including  information about your organization, a photocopy of the 501(c)3 federal tax  exemption documentation, details on what is being requested and deadline for  the donation. Allow thirty days for a decision and please, no phone calls.
