• Sally Beauty Gift Cards can be redeemed at any of more than 2,200 Sally Beauty Supply stores located throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
• Sally Beauty Gift Cards are labeled with original value.
• Many denominations are available up to $100.00.
• Discounts are negotiated by volume.
• Payment is made at time of order placement via company check, credit card, or electronic funds transfer. For check payments, please include a copy of the Gift Card order form and mail to:Sally Beauty Company, 3001 Colorado Blvd., Denton, TX 76210, ATTN: C. Ehlers.
• Order shipments include a standard packing list.
• Sally Beauty Gift Cards are shipped inactive within 48-72 hours of order receipt and payment. Standard shipping is 2nd day overnight service with signature required at no cost. Upon notification of receipt, cards will be activated.
• Sally Beauty Gift Card recipients may call to check card balance 24 hours a day via toll-free number listed on the back of the card.
• Sally Beauty Gift Cards can be used for multiple purchases until the balance reaches zero. A maximum of four (4) Gift Cards can be used for one transaction.
• Sally Beauty Gift Cards have no expiration date and no fees.
• The purchase of these Sally Beauty Gift Cards is for the intended use of corporate incentive and gift giving programs. The use for consumer programs requires prior authorization in writing by Sally Beauty.
• Any use of the names, slogans and/or logos of Sally Beauty must be approved in writing by Sally Beauty prior to use.
• Sally Beauty Gift Cards cannot be reissued in another denomination and are not reload-able.
• Sally Beauty Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. There is no cash given back as change when using the Gift Card for purchases, except as required by law.
