I have hard tap water which dulls my hair. What can I do to improve the luster of my hair?

Minerals in hard water, like calcium and iron, bond to hair's protein making it dry and dull. Try using a clarifying shampoo, such as Quantum Clarifying Shampoo, once or twice weekly to remove hard water build-up.
