Order Status
To view the status of a recently placed order, please sign in and proceed to the 'manage account page', then click on the link under 'Order History'. If you are currently signed in, you can click here to view and track your orders. If you placed an order without creating or signing into your account, you will be unable to view your order status.
My Order History
If you created or signed into your account while placing your orders, you will be able to view them in the 'order history' section of the 'manage account page'. Your history contains all orders placed within the last 12 months. If you placed an order without creating or signing into your account, it will not be included in your order history.

Phone & Catalog Orders
No phone or catalog orders are currently accepted. However, some of our stores provide telesales service for their professional salon customers. If you are a salon professional, please contact your local Sally Beauty Supply for more information.
