Order Status
To view the status of a recently placed order, please sign in and proceed to the 'manage account page', then click on the link under 'Order History'. If you are currently signed in, you can click here to view and track your orders. If you placed an order without creating or signing into your account, you will be unable to view your order status. An order can only be cancelled prior to being processed by our distribution center and orders can not be modified once placed. Please refer to our return and exchange policy for more information.
My Order History
If you created or signed into your account while placing your orders, you will be able to view them in the 'order history' section of the 'manage account page'. Your history contains all orders placed within the last 12 months. If you placed an order without creating or signing into your account, it will not be included in your order history.

Payment Options
SallyBeauty.com accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
If Your Card Is Issued by a Non-U.S. Bank
Credit and debit cards issued by banks outside of the U.S. are a valid form of payment on SallyBeauty.com. These cards are subject to the same security checks as cards issued by banks in the U.S.
The security checks are intended to ensure the safety and security of your financial information and prevent unauthorized use of your credit or debit card. Unfortunately, communication with foreign banks is not always as seamless as with banks based in the U.S., and we may be unable to verify the information required to complete your transaction.
If we are unable to verify payment, we will cancel your order and send you notification by e-mail that the order could not be completed. To further ensure security and privacy, these e-mails do not include details of why the order was not completed.
When You Will Be Charged
Payment by credit, debit or check card:
The payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account is actually charged when your order ships. Your card will be only charged for the total amount of all items that ship. Any items that do not ship will not be charged to your card.
Please note: Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution.
Verified by Visa
SallyBeauty.com supports Verified by Visa (VbV), a security technology that authenticates your Visa card and ensures that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order. If the bank that issued your Visa card supports VbV, you may be prompted to enter your password or to sign up for VbV as you check out.
Tax Exempt Orders
SallyBeauty.com credits sales tax to government institutions and non-profit organizations only. These two groups are entitled to receive a sales tax refund if they have a valid Tax Exemption ID number and complete a Tax Exemption Certificate. Please contact Customer Service via e-mail Contact Us for further instructions; make sure to include your order confirmation number.
Out of Stock
On rare occasions, after you click "Proceed to Checkout," an item in your cart may actually be out of stock. This happens either if inventory for that item was very low when you began to shop, and a customer or customers ahead of you in Checkout bought the item first, or if the item was a best seller and demand for it quickly exceeded our inventory. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed you will be notified by e-mail.
If your order contains multiple items we may ship your order partially those items that are in stock. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will indicate any items that did not ship due to out of stock reasons. For your protection SallyBeauty.com does not store credit card information. We do not ship backorders for this reason.
Phone & Catalog Orders
No phone or catalog orders are currently accepted. However, some of our stores provide telesales service for their professional salon customers. If you are a salon professional, please contact your local Sally Beauty Supply for more information.
International Orders
At this time, we are not shipping our products outside of the United States. You may place an order to be shipped within the United States if you are using a credit card with a U.S. billing address.
Promotional Codes
Select coupons from the Sally advertised specials and Pro Flyer are available for use with online purchases. To use a coupon or promotional code for an associated item you are purchasing online, type the six-digit coupon or promo code exactly as it appears into the field provided on the view cart page. If your promo code is not valid, you will see a message that your promotional or coupon code cannot be applied at this time. If your promotional or coupon code is valid, your savings will be displayed along with your other order details in the payment summary page. Please refer to the offer details for redemption information and specifics about the offer.
