SallyBeauty.com will send your order to any of the 50 U.S. states. Currently SallyBeauty.com does not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.

SallyBeauty.com offers FREE SHIPPING to all customers on orders over $75 to the contiguous states. Your final invoice AFTER any coupons or discounts must be over $75 to receive FREE SHIPPING. Free shipping offer is limited to UPS ground shipping only. Free shipping offer not valid for AK, HI, or P.O. Boxes.

- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- No Saturday deliveries.
- Orders received Monday through Thursday by 1:00 p.m. EST are usually processed the same day.
- Orders received Monday through Thursday after 1:00 p.m. EST are usually processed the next business day.
- All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST on Fridays are typically shipped by the close of business on Monday.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on the shipping address you specify, you will only be offered shipping method options that are valid for that address type. Most packages ship UPS, since this is a traceable method. Please note that packages shipped via the U.S. Postal Service are not traceable after leaving our warehouse. Sallybeauty.com currently does not ship to International, APO, & FPO addresses.
Hazardous Materials:
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., hairspray, shaving cream, deodorant, some perfumes) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g., aftershave, nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. SallyBeauty.com is committed to getting your products to you as fast as possible, in the most safe and responsible way. This is why Ground Shipping is required for all such items. For your convenience, all products that fall under the HAZMAT classification are so noted on the SallyBeauty.com website.
When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 1PM EST Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1PM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day Monday.
International Shipments
We DO NOT currently ship outside of the continental U.S. or to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping to an address other than your billing address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.
