Pricing Information
To view pricing information on sallybeauty.com, please enter your home zip code to view prices consistent with the Sally Beauty Supply stores near you.
You will see a "Regular Price" and a "Beauty Club Price". Regular Price is the retail price of the item that is available to all shoppers. You may also see the regular price crossed out and a "Sale Price" displayed. This sale price is also available to all shoppers.
"Beauty Club Price" is the special member price you will receive if you have a Beauty Club card. To receive the Beauty Club price for online orders, add your valid card number to your account by editing your account and login information in the manage account section. If your membership has expired, you should still add your card number to your account. You will then have the opportunity to renew your membership when you are viewing your cart before checkout. If you cannot locate your Beauty Club card, please contact customer service.
Some products may show a Regular Price of N/A. This means the item is not available to all shoppers and a Sally Card is required for purchase.
If you are logged in with a valid professional Sally ProCard number, you will be able to view and receive your professional pricing. You will see your professional "Regular Price" along with the "Retail Price" for comparison.
Product Availability
Only select items are currently available for purchase. To view these items, visit the online store. If an item is available online, you will see the Sally Styling Store logo with the product's image. If the item is in stock and ready for purchase, you will see the Available Online - In Stock availability indicator.
Items only available in-store will have an availability indicator of In Stores Only. Please note that not all items are available in all Sally Beauty Supply store locations.
When browsing products, some items will say "Availability Varies".
Finding Products Online
Our online store is organized into specific beauty categories to create an easy shopping experience for you. Looking for something in particular? You can also search for a specific item by the product name, brand name, or keyword by using our search box located on the top right hand corner of every page. To navigate our website, simply click on a category in the online store on the left you might be interested in. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow".
Using the Sally Search engine
You can search for any product by using the Sally search engine. Our search box is located at the top right hand corner of every page on our website. Just type in the product name or brand you are looking for, like “flat iron” or “hair dryer” and click “search”, and you will get a list of results of the products that contain those words. If you have the Sally item number you can search for those also. You can sort the results of by product name or brand.
Sally Preferred Professional Cards
RECEIVING YOUR PROFESSIONAL BENEFITS ONLINE: If you have a Sally ProCard, please add your valid card number to your account by editing your account and login information in the manage account section. This will allow you to receive your professional pricing on your online orders and access the professional section of the site, where you can view the professional sales flier, print exclusive coupons for big savings and free samples, view education and event information, and more. You can also manage your member information, including your mailing address for your flier, view your online and in-store purchases, and more. If you cannot locate your ProCard number, please contact customer service.
LOST PROCARD REPLACEMENT: If you have lost your ProCard and need a new one, please fill out the online Professional Card Replacement Request form.
PROFESSIONAL FLIER MAILINGS: If you are not receiving the Professional flier, please contact customer service and provide your 12-digit ProCard number. If you need to update your mailing address, please sign in to your online member account.
NEW CARD APPLICATIONS: If you have never been issued a ProCard and would like to apply for one, please visit your nearest Sally Beauty Supply store. Present your professional license to the store associate, fill out the ProCard application, and you will receive your card that same day.
Beauty Club Cards:
WHAT IS THE BEAUTY CLUB? The Sally Beauty Club is our loyalty program for customers who are not beauty professionals. To learn more about the program and find out how to join either online or in-store, please visit the Beauty Club section of sallybeauty.com. The Beauty Club is currently only available in the United States and Canada.
JOINING ONLINE: If your order a Beauty Club card online and it is the only item on your order, no shipping charges will apply. Sales tax will apply in states where required. If you purchase a membership online, the card will be registered and sent to the billing name and address, regardless of the ship-to name and address for the remainder of the order.
RECEIVING YOUR MEMBER BENEFITS ONLINE: If you have a Sally Beauty Club card, please add your 12-digit card number to your account by editing your account and login information in the manage account section. This will allow you to receive your member pricing on your online orders, view and edit your member information, track your member savings, view your online and in-store purchase history, and more.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL: If your membership has expired, you should still add your card number to your account. You will then have the opportunity to renew your membership when you are viewing your cart before checkout. If you cannot locate your Beauty Club card number, please contact customer service. LOST BEAUTY CLUB CARD REPLACEMENT: Replacement cards are issued through all U.S. and Canada Sally Beauty Supply locations. Simply visit any store, bring the green and white customer copy you received when you purchased your card, and let the store associate know you need a replacement card. If you no longer have your customer copy, please fill out the replacement information request and we will attempt to locate your membership information.
UPDATING YOUR MEMBER CONTACT INFORMATION: Please sign in to your online member account to view and edit your contact information. If you have not created an online account, please register now. You will need your 12-digit card number.
Using Coupons
Select coupons from the Sally advertised specials and Pro Flier are available for use with online purchases. To use a coupon for an associated item you are purchasing online, type the six-digit coupon code into the space provided on the view cart page. If your coupon is not valid, you will see a message that your coupon code is not valid at this time. If your coupon is valid, your savings will display along with your other order details.
Sally Gift Cards
Sally gift cards are not currently redeemable for online orders. Sally gift cards can be purchased online in denominations of $10, $25 and $50 or by visiting your local Sally Beauty Supply store.
Payment Information
When ordering on SallyBeauty.com, the following methods of payment are accepted:

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to every order placed on sallybeauty.com. The tax amount charged will be based upon the local sales tax rate of the shipping address indicated.
Using Wish Lists
To create a wish list, you will need to create an account or sign in to your existing account. As you browse through the site, click the "add to wish list" button on any product page. To view your list, click on the Wish List link at the top of any page. You can then remove items from your list, update your desired quantities, or add items to your cart. If you would like for your wish list to be searchable, press the "Make Public" button so others can find it!
You can also share the list with your friends and family by entering their e-mail addresses and a personal message, if desired. They will be able to access your wish list directly from the e-mail the system will create when you press the "send e-mail" button. They can then add products from your wish list to their cart to purchase them.
To search for someone else's list, click the Wish List link at the top of any page. You can search by last name, first name, and e-mail. If you cannot find the list you are looking for, remind that person to make their list public.
