Pricing Information
Online Price is the price that is available to all SallyBeauty.com shoppers. Not all online prices or online sale prices are available in Sally Beauty Supply stores.
Beauty Club Price is the price you will receive if you have a Beauty Club card. To receive the Beauty Club price you must be logged in and you must have your card number entered in your online account. If your membership has expired, you will have the opportunity to renew your membership when you are viewing your cart before checkout. If you cannot locate your Beauty Club card, please contact customer service.
Professional Price is the price available to our ProCard holders. To receive the ProCard price you must be logged in and you must have your card number entered in your online account. If you cannot locate your ProCard please contact customer service.
N/A Price indicates this product is only available for professional purchase.
Product Availability
If an item is available for purchase online, you will see the Instock Online, if the product is only available online you will see Online Only. Items available in-store will have an indicator of Available in Sally Stores, and if it is only available in stores you will see In Stores Only. Product selection and availability varies in all Sally Beauty Supply store locations.
Backorders
SallyBeauty.com does not backorder items. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will indicate any items not shipped. You will not be charged for these items and they will need to be reordered.
Using the Sally Search engine
Our search box is located at the top right hand corner of every page on our website. Just type in the product name or brand you are looking for, like “flat iron” or “Jilbere” and hit search. You can also search by product number (Ex: SBS-264873).
Sally Preferred Professional Cards
RECEIVING YOUR PROFESSIONAL BENEFITS ONLINE: If you have a Sally ProCard, please add your card number to your account by editing your account and login information in the manage account section. This will allow you to receive your professional pricing on your online orders and access the professional section of the site, where you can view the professional sales flyer, print exclusive coupons for big savings and free samples, view education and event information, and more. You can also manage your member information, including your mailing address for your flyer, view your online and in-store purchases, and more. If you cannot locate your ProCard number, please contact customer service.
LOST PROCARD REPLACEMENT: If you have lost your ProCard and need a new one, please fill out the online Professional Card Replacement Request form.
PROFESSIONAL FLYER MAILINGS: If you are not receiving the Professional flyer, please contact customer service and provide your 12-digit ProCard number. If you need to update your mailing address, please sign in to your online member account.
NEW CARD APPLICATIONS: If you have never been issued a ProCard and would like to apply for one, please visit your nearest Sally Beauty Supply store. Present your professional license to the store associate, fill out the ProCard application, and you will receive your card that same day.
Beauty Club Cards
WHAT IS THE BEAUTY CLUB? The Sally Beauty Club is our loyalty program for customers who are not beauty professionals. To learn more about the program and find out how to join either online or in-store, please visit the Beauty Club section of SallyBeauty.com. The Beauty Club is currently only available in the United States and Canada.
JOINING ONLINE: If your order a Beauty Club card online and it is the only item on your order, no shipping charges will apply. Sales tax will apply in states where required. If you purchase a membership online, the card will be registered and sent to the billing name and address.
RECEIVING YOUR MEMBER BENEFITS ONLINE: If you have a Sally Beauty Club card, please add your 12-digit card number to your account by editing your account and login information in the manage account section. This will allow you to receive your member pricing on your online orders, view and edit your member information, track your member savings, view your online and in-store purchase history, and more.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL: If your membership has expired, you should still add your card number to your account. You will then have the opportunity to renew your membership when you are viewing your cart before checkout. If you cannot locate your Beauty Club card number, please contact customer service. For more information on renewing your card, visit the Membership Renewal section.
LOST BEAUTY CLUB CARD REPLACEMENT: Replacement cards are issued through all U.S. and Canada Sally Beauty Supply locations. Simply visit any store, bring the green and white customer copy you received when you purchased your card, and let the store associate know you need a replacement card. If you no longer have your customer copy, please fill out the replacement information request and we will attempt to locate your membership information.
UPDATING YOUR MEMBER CONTACT INFORMATION: Please sign in to your online member account to view and edit your contact information. If you have not created an online account, please register now. You will need your 12-digit card number.
Using Coupons
To use a coupon or promo code online, type the six-digit code into the space provided on the view cart page. If your coupon is not valid, you will see a message that your coupon code is not valid at this time. Not all Sally Beauty coupons are applicable online and are subject to order limitations. Order discount offers for a dollar amount or percent can not be combined. Offers are not valid on past purchases. Offers are not valid on equipment or gift cards unless otherwise stated. Offers are only good while supplies last and we do not offer rainchecks.
Sally Gift Cards
Sally gift cards are not currently redeemable for online orders. Sally gift cards can be purchased online in denominations of $10, $25 and $50 or by visiting your local Sally Beauty Supply store.
Payment Information
When ordering on SallyBeauty.com, the following methods of payment are accepted:

All credit cards must be valid, authentic and you must be authorized to use them. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers. Your credit card will be charged when the goods are shipped to you.
To ensure the safety and security of your financial information, and prevent unauthorized use of your credit or debit card, SallyBeauty.com performs security checks in partnership with third parties. Unfortunately cards may not pass the designated information and security checks. Failure to meet the appropriate security criteria will prevent SallyBeauty.com from completing your transaction. To ensure the security and privacy of our customers, we will be unable to provide additional details for any incomplete orders.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to every order placed on SallyBeauty.com. The tax amount charged will be based upon the local sales tax rate of the shipping address indicated.
Using Wish Lists
To create a wish list, you will need to create an account or sign in to your existing account. As you browse through the site, click the "add to wish list" button on any product page. To view your list, click on the Wish List link at the top of any page. If you would like for your wish list to be searchable, press the "Make Public" button so others can find it!
You can also share the list with your friends and family by entering their e-mail addresses and a personal message, if desired. They will be able to access your wish list directly from this e-mail. They can then add products from your wish list to their cart to purchase them.
To search for someone else's list, click the Wish List link at the top of any page. You can search by last name, first name, and e-mail. If you cannot find the list you are looking for, it is possible the list has not been made public.
