Membership is valid for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Keep this notice for your records. Card is property of Sally Beauty Supply LLC. Any dispute arising from your membership will be settled by binding arbitration in accord with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise provided by local law. Club Members’ Right to Cancel
If you wish to cancel this contract, you may cancel by delivering a written notice in person to any Sally Beauty Supply store with your receipt of purchase and card, or by mailing a written notice to Sally Beauty Supply LLC. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by the contract. If mailing, certified mail would provide greater protection than first class mail but is not necessary; check with your post office as to the time when you will be able to mail a certified letter.
Be sure to keep a photocopy of the notice which you deliver or mail. If you deliver the notice personally or by mail, you are entitled to a refund. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by the contract. If the notice is delivered or mailed before midnight of the 30th business day after you sign this contract, you are entitled to a refund of the entire consideration paid for the contract. Other cancellation entitles you to a pro rata refund for those days remaining on the contract. To cancel by mail, mail this notice to:
