Benefits of Creating an Account
By creating an account, you'll enjoy faster and easier checkouts on your next visit, as well additional benefits:

Creating a Account
To create an account, visit the register link at the top of the page. Fill out all the information required. If you have a Sally card, don't forget to include your information so you will receive your member pricing and access to protected areas of the site! When finished, press the "Create Account" button to complete the process.
Forgotten Passwords
If you have forgotten your password, visit the forgotten password page, where you will be prompted for the e-mail address you used to create your account. When you press 'continue', you'll be asked for the answer to the security question you created. Enter your answer and press 'continue'. A new temporary password will then be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Use this password to log into the site. Once you log in, we encourage you to change your temporary password to one you will remember easily.
Updating Your Account Information
To update your account information, please sign in and click on the 'edit my account and login information' link. Make any changes or additions, then click the "SAVE" button to apply your new information.
E-mail Newsletter Subscriptions
To sign up for Sally e-mail newsletters, please visit the newsletter signup page.
If you need to update your e-mail newsletter preferences, there is a box at the top of the newsletter signup page where you can enter your e-mail address and press the 'send access code' button. You will receive a personalized link via e-mail. Click this link to continue to the newsletter preference center and make any changes. Be careful not to hit your 'enter' or 'return' key or you may be completely unsubscribed from the newsletters.
