Rated 5 out of 5 by from I highly recommend!! I love this product!! This is my first time trying the powder dip technique and I love it so far. The color is way darker than its powder form, but I did dip twice to get an even color coating. I don't mind the darker color because a lot of other products from what I've heard barely show the color at all, so I think I'll be sticking with this product. I purchased a few more colors so hopefully they all meet my expectations.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick dip powder This is the 3rd time I've done my own dip nails. It definitely gets better with practice. And good lighting. The blue powder has some green to it, and the color online is not accurate. Ends up much darker when applied. I love the strength that the acrylic dip offers. Helps my nails grow. Use acetone only to remove and soak for at least 10-15 mins, then it still takes some scrubbing with a cotton ball. I also used the sparkle silver color which I do like. Is a darker tone of silver. Overall a good buy for the quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wears wonderfully I have now applied this product 5 times over the past 3 months. I'm getting better at application. It takes practice to make it look good. I bought a drummel attachment (electric drill like at the salon) and that helps smooth out the hardened powder before hand buffing with a sponge file and applying clear polish. Wears like steel. I only wish they had more glitter colors....

I followed all the steps, but the result is not a "high gloss shine" as described in the product promotion. It's rather matte (dull). What is the trick? Do I need to get a different top coat? I tried using a super shine buffer, with little improvement.

Asked by: JamieBBB
First You need to apply the gel activator; wait 2 minutes until hard then you need to use a med/fine soft file to buff the nails out. After buffing you should have a smooth surface which you can place your top coat and have proper shine... IF YOU OOT TO BUFF NAILS SMOOTH THEN YOUR FINAL PRODUCT WILL BE DULL

I'd like to use this on my natural nails. How many times can I fill without completely remove the acrylic and start with a brand new application?

Asked by: EmilyBell
I can do it for several weeks. (On my third week now) Planning to leave it until the new year  Sometimes I may need to fix one or two extra throughout the week but it is way easier than redoing the set.

what is this dip power how does it work what does it do for your nails

Asked by: loretta333
I use it according to the directions. You have 3 liquids, one is a nail primer, the second is the gel base and top coat, and the third is the gel activator. Coat the nail with number 1, then follow with the base and very quickly dip the nail into the powder. It soaks into the base and then you coat and dip again. I dip three times, then coat the last base coat and then apply the gel activator. This hardens up the whole deal. Then they instruct you to apply the base as a top coat. That’s all. Very hard finish, I really like it, my nails are very brittle and they are growing out nicely.  Easy to get off with soak-off nail polish remover.

Does this come with the liquid to adhere to the nail

Asked by: Krispenza
No, this is just the powder. The nail base and top gel that adheres the powder to the nail can be purchased separately, or it also comes in the starter kit.

How do you use this Quick dip? and also the primer?

Asked by: kathy385
I used it over my natural nails. You have a primer that looks like clear nail polish that activates the dip. You dip your finger Olin the powder and tap off the excess. Repeat if you like them thick.. mine didn’t look great, and started coming off the next day, not to mention damaged my nails

Can you buy the activator in store without having to buy the whole kit

Asked by: Mommakay3210
You can buy a ASP brand spray that works the same as the brush on gel activator. I like it better than the brush on.
