Not satisfied
Make sure you save the box. I can’t tell if the item came from the warehouse damaged or was damaged in transit. Either way, the bottom of the chair seems a bit crooked and the back seems to be a bit off also.

Niki all poupose chair
I bought this chair not knowing that it had a cylinder vs plain hydraulic to work the chair . It did not last very long before the cylinder leaked know the chair lays back to far when just sitting it it . I have been a salon owner for twenty years and have chairs that I still have that were great. I would like to send my new chair back since the last one only lasted maybe three years but am sure the shipping would cost me to much . I have tried to find a cylinder to fix my last chair but Sally does not sell it that I have found.Do not buy this chair

Multiple purchases with same problem.
I have wasted so much money buying these chairs after a short period of time the back will not stay upright and I have to throw them out. Will never buy them again.

Salon chair
It was easy to assemble. Very stiff to move. Looks ultra cheap. Not much style to it. Hard as a rock to sit on. It is quite affordable though. Not sure how it would hold up. Exchanging for another.

I bought this chair and the chair itself is in excellent shape. The hydraulic pump already gave out. I feel the pump should have lasted longer than it did.

How do I find replacement parts for this chair? I am needing the Pressure bolt that goes in the tilt bar underneath that allows it to recline
Not sure but I would look on Utube. I have not had an issue with my chair.

Hi I’am interested in purchasing the niki all purpose stying chair but I see it only has 2 and a half stars is that because it has bad reviews on it or should I be concerned ?can you tell me your views on it ?
I purchased 2 of them.. we haven’t had any problems with them so far... the only thing is I wish they would pump higher to reach my sink/bowl/counter better they were built high...(not the chairs fault)
I have spent more on chairs though, and you can definitely tell the difference in the quality when you pay a little more ...definitely measure before you decide. I hope this helps!

It’s not a very sturdy chair, you get what you pay for. Not a big pump. Just ok if you ask me.

Is it possible to get a cylinder for this chair ? Back will not stay up
I had that happen to one of my chairs and was unable to find a replacement cylinder,I just got rid of the chairs after 2 years
