Rated 1 out of 5 by from Are you kidding me I bought this thinking it was going to be quick and easy, BUT I WAS WRONG. I heated up the wax and followed all the directions. I applied it using a popsicle stick and waited . It said to wait 30 seconds so I did. And it didn’t harden so I waited a few minutes. It didn’t harden. I had to leave soon so I had to wear pajamas in public to hide the wax (FYI the wax got stuck to my pajamas so thanks now they’re ruined). Before I left I tried to wash it off but it didn’t come off even after I used my loofah (which is also now ruined as well) and my exfoliator. Then used some lotion thinking it might help get off. Anyways 5 hours later I’ve come back home and it’s still not dry. I had to yank my hair off one by one to the point that my fingers are red. I spent half an hour in the shower using everything I could and well my body hair is gone but it’s still sticky. This is literally the worst wax I’ve ever used and I’ve used cheaper waxes. Thanks for the $18 I won’t get back ! Also I spent over $25 and they didn’t give me that $5 off so I don’t even know guys...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor aftermath I went to a fellow cosmetic student who was doing eyebrow waxing the outcome was beautiful although the after care burnt my skin and make me have a treturous allergic reaction including redness and bumps

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Azulene wax It sucked. Trying to get mt armpit hair with it was horrible. My skin almost ripped. I would not be re-purchasing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It’s good It’s a good product and it is easy to apply and take off as well. The smell is a little strong but not too bad. Not sticky and isn’t very stringy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent but gentle strip wax I love this wax so much. Gigi Azulene wax gets both the stubborn coarse hair and fine hair yet so gentle to the most sensitive skin.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK, not great I know with these waxes it's different for everyone but personally, I was not thrilled with this stuff. I've tried All purpose Honee and Brazillian Hard wax with good results but bought this since it was supposed to do well with sensitive skin. It didn't work nearly so well as the Honee, lots of hair was left behind. It was also stickier. I give it a three because it did still work much better than any microwave kit I've every tried, but just not as good I expect from Gigi products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Fine Hair This product is great for fine hair. I've been waxing for a long time, and my hair has become finer. This product is gentler than other waxes; it doesn't hurt as much and pulls out the fine hairs. However, it is not very good for coarse and thick hairs, so purchase the all-purpose wax if your hairs are thick.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from "Meh". Quick demographic info: fair and sensitive skin with dark, thick, coarse hair to be removed. Recently purchased this product after reading the favorable reviews, and was disappointed. I received better results from the all-purpose for waxing my legs and bikini area. Did not notice any less irritation or improved softness, in fact if anything my legs were less soft because many of the hairs broke instead of being pulled out. This product worked fine for facial waxing, but for the coarser hair on my legs and bikini line I will definitely keep shopping around!

My daughter is having an allergic reaction to this wax. any suggestions?

Asked by: Millie p
I am pretty sure there is a wax that’s fine for sensitive skin. As far as the reaction... is she blistering or just red?

Is this soft or hard wax?

Asked by: Jacklynn01
I would think this is a soft wax to be used with a Muselin strip of fabric. I believe hard wax is the one that you apply and can remove it with your fingers pulling at once.

How is the wax heated?

Asked by: Ivory29u
You can buy a wax heating machine which is the easiest because he keeps it even temperature or if not you can heat water in a saucepan and put it with the water level be below the metal container make sure that when you take out the metal container you wear oven it's because it will be hot make sure you don't boil it just warm it up it works very well
