Foundation: Using fingertips, dot foundation on chin, forehead and cheeks. Use flat side of wedge to smooth foundation from the center of the face into the hairline. 
Blush: Apply blush over foundation. Stroke evenly over cheeks blending color outward into the hairline. Also can be used to apply moisturizer or remove cosmetics.
