Nice Surprise!
I bought this trimmer last week to try out in the barber shop. This trimmer works great! Barbers, you can zero gap this trimmer also! Just loosen the 2 screws (slightly) and adjust the blade. Now, they line up just and good as my premium trimmers.

I purchased this trimmer about a month ago and it was fully charged. When battery was low I looked for the charger cord and was not included in my purchase. Anyone know what kind of cord so I can purchase ???

I cannot get these things to charge. Used them once and then they never worked again. Had them on charge for 24 hours and they still won’t work
I have no idea as to why it won't charge. I purchased one of these trimmers, which came fully charged and I have had no problems with mine. I actually bought a second one. Sounds like something is defective with your trimmer.

My Ion trimmers are cutting people. How do I get another blade for it? I cant keep cutting people everytime I use these trimmers. I cant return them cuz I cant find the receipt and it's been too long since purchase, with pandemic it's been difficult
