After shampoo, do not condition. Towel dry. Depending on length & thickness, apply 1-3 pumps of product to damp hair, from mid-length to ends. Wait 3 minutes, then comb. DO NOT RINSE OUT. Follow with other products as needed and style. Gentle enough to use as frequently as needed
