For dry & itchy scalp as needed:

1. Gently massage into dry & itchy scalp as needed. Do not rinse. 

For hot oil treatment:

1. Massage into hair from roots to ends. 
2. Wrap hair in a heated towel or shower cap (allow to penetrate for up to 20 minutes).
3. Follow with shampoo & conditioner. 
4. Apply to affected areas up to four times daily or as directed by a doctor. 

When not using Anti-Dandruff Oil, it’s best to use texture id™ Scalp Relief Soothing Oil  or Multipurpose Oil  to hydrate hair and scalp.
