Use every 4-6 weeks to avoid an over-abundance of protein in hair. Please follow directions exactly. Shake well before use.
Protein Solution:
1. On clean, damp hair apply enough ion™ Protien Solution to thoroughly saturate hair and comb through with a wide tooth comb for even distribution.
2. Leave hair uncovered, DO NOT use a plastic cap. Place hair under dryer or use a traditional hair dryer on medium heat until hair is dried and becomes hard. DO NOT comb or agitate hair while drying.
3. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water to remove excess protein.
4. Proceed with Step 2 ion™ Hydration Solution.
Hydration Solution:
After using ion™ Protien Solution, apply ion™ Hydration Solution on clean, damp hair and distribute evenly. Leave on hair for 2-5 minutes and rinse hair thoroughly. Style as usual.

Damaging
Decided to try this product because i have bleached hair. Made my hair elastic. I wouldnt recommend, at least on bleached hair.

Fabulous product!

Most Amazing Protein Treatment
I absolutely love this protein treatment! I've used aphogee and it was way too harsh on my relaxed hair. This treatment is a must for me. I use it right before a relaxer and two weeks after. My hair always feels amazing with barely any shedding or breakage. And it smells nice. You won't regret trying this treatment. It is a life saver.

Permed damaged/breaking hair. Want repair but want to keep curls. Has anyone tried this repair kit? How did it work?
I don't have curls so I can't speak to that, but this is by far my favorite hair treatment, there's a noticeable difference in hair quality every time after using.

A large section of my med length hair is extremely matted. What can I do to work thru it?
Hi! I just went through hours of that today. First a fine mist spray bottle from Sally with water, then I use a kids spray detangler and several Cricket silkcombs , finally wash with a mild deep cleaning shampoo, a sulfate free moisturizing shampoo, good medium silicone free conditioner. Rinsed. Followed by (I just bought this today) some kinky curly knot today detangling conditioner, (It does not take much, but use it after conditioner-it provides slip ,but not deep moisture). Rinsed that out. While damp, I still a had a few matts that wouldn't budge. Back over it with a bit of kids detangler. Detangled, dried no breakage. You asked the right gal! That was hours of work today.

how often do you use repair treatment
I have 3c/4a, low porosity hair. I use this product at least once a month or whenever I feel like my hair needs a bit of strength. It's very gentle on hair

My hair isn’t breaking bad but I pull on the ends and they break off even after hair cut. I have bleached my hair. Should I use this or is it too strong?
This is a great product to use for just that! It will strengthen your hair to minimize breakage. I use one every 3-4 weeks (I have very fragile hair). I can tell a difference.
