POTASSIUM PERSULFATE,SODIUM SILICATE,AMMONIUM PERSULFATE,MAGNESIUM CARBONATE,SODIUM STEARATE,SODIUM METASILICATE,EDTA,CYAMOPSIS TETRAGONOLOBA (GUAR) GUM,ISOAMYL LAURATE,SILICA,CREATINE,FRAGRANCE,XANTHAN GUM,IRON OXIDES (CI 77499),BETAINE

1. Depending on the desired degree of lightening, mix with bondbar™ Crème Developers 10 vol., 20 vol., 30 vol., or 40 vol. in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part lightener to 2 parts developer) in a non-metallic bowl. (When applying directly to the scalp, do not exceed 20 vol. developer.)
2. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. DO NOT USE HEAT. Do strand test prior to application.
3. Use mixture immediately and discard any unused mixture.
4. Processing time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired degree of lightening. Check every 5-10 minutes during processing, refer to strand test. Maximum total processing time is 50 minutes.
5. Rinse thoroughly and lightly shampoo with bondbar™ Bonding Shampoo.

Patch Test:
Prior to application, a preliminary patch test should be conducted. The following patch test must be made 48 hours prior to each application.

1. With soap and water, wash an area the size of a circle 1"" diameter (2.54 cm) in the bend of the elbow or behind either ear, touching the hairline. Pat area dry with absorbent cotton.
2. Apply a small amount of color directly from tube to test area, using an absorbent cotton-tipped applicator.
3. Let test spot dry. Do not wash, cover, or disturb.
4. Leave on for 48 hours. Examine at 24 and 48 hours. If no reaction has occurred, you are ready to color. Do not use hair color if any of these danger signs appear: burning, itching, swelling, eruption, or irritation. If these signs appear in or around the test area, it indicates that the patron is hypersensitive and color must not be applied.

WARNINGS: Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately if product comes into contact with the eyes and call a physician. This product must not be used for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows; to do so may cause blindness. Contains persulfates that may cause skin irritation in certain individuals. Do not apply bleach mixture if scalp or skin show signs of redness, abrasions or irritation. If adverse reaction occurs (e.g. Itching, burning, rash or any unexpected reaction), stop processing and immediately rinse with water. If necessary, seek medical treatment. Handle away from face and avoid excessive dust, inhalation will cause bronchial irritation. Do strand test prior to application. Do not apply if strand test shows splitting. Do not use on children. Use suitable gloves when applying, working and rinsing. Do not use nickel-based tools. Do not apply bleach mixture to hair coated with metallic dyes. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place. Use only in areas with adequate ventilation. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames. 

• For best results, use with bondbar™ Crème Developer at a mixing ratio of 1:2. A strand test is always recommended prior to application, especially if the hair is porous or previously chemically treated with lighteners, permanent waves, chemical hair relaxers, or hair color. 
• Mix a small amount of desired color with equal parts developer. Apply to a few selected strands. After 30 minutes, rinse and evaluate for accurate results.
