Directions for 6 oz.: On-Scalp Application (1:2): Mix 1 scoop Ultra Bond™ Powder Lightener with 2 fl. oz. Ultra Bond™ 20 Volume (6%) Developer. For On-Scalp application: DO NOT USE Ultra Bond™ 40-volume (12%) Developer. Off-Scalp Application (1:1): Mix 1 scoop Ultra Bond™ Powder Lightener with 1 fl. oz. Ultra Bond™ Developer. For both On-Scalp and Off-Scalp Application: Process up to 60 minutes. Check every 10 minutes until you achieve the desired lift. Do not use heat. Always read the product packaging and inserts for complete directions, instructions, and warnings. Directions for 1 oz.:
On-Scalp Application: Mix entire contents of 1 oz. packette with 3 fl.oz. Ultra Bond™ 20 Volume (6%) Developer. For On-Scalp application: DO NOT USE Ultra Bond™ 40-volume (12%) Developer.
Off-Scalp Application: Mix entire contents of 1 oz. packette with 1.5 fl.oz. Ultra Bond™ Developer. For both On-Scalp and Off-Scalp Application: Process up to 60 minutes.
