Disappointed
I have fine thin hair, these were highly recommended elsewhere and I was excited to finally have bobby pins that hold my hair in an updo. These still slip for me and they hurt once in place. I think it pulls too much. Perhaps I just need the longer bigger size...

Best Bobby pins!
These Bobby pins are amazing. They don’t stretch, hold the hair all day, and are comfortable. They last forever since they don’t stretch out. And they remove smoothly, have never damaged hair while removing. I have natural auburn hair and the bronze is perfect.

Stay In and Don't Stretch Out
I set my entire head of hair on bobby pins. I have for 30+ years. And, so I purchased many brands and gone through a lot. It's so great to finally find some that stay in my hair, esp while I sleep at night. These do not stretch out of shape after holding a big curl of hair either. And they are comfortable to sleep in. And they do not fall out during the day as well as my hair dries (takes 24 hours to dry my hair in bobby pins.) My husband use to laugh and say I was like Gretal (in the fairytale) and dropped bobby pins wherever I went rather than crumbs. LOL I'm definitely coming and buying more as I need them.

Do they work great for thin hair?
these are by far the best bobby pins we have found for staying in place. My girls do color guard and rely on these to keep their hair in place during high-motion dance routines.

Are the bronze too light for dark brown hair, because black is too dark for my dark brown hair?
The bronze color is a medium-dark brown. It should work with dark brown hair in my opinion.

What is the length of each bobby pin?
standard length and new strength...WEAK The old style was perfect! They weakened the bobby pin and kept the price the same. We no longer purchase.

Only one size but they are by far the best bobby pins I have ever used

What is the difference between the $6.49 MetaGrip roller pin and the $8.49 MetaGrip bobbi pin?
The bobby pins are standard bobby pin size, whereas the roller pins are almost twice the size as the bobby pins, and thicker. I sometimes use the roller pins to anchor my style and then use the smaller bobbies for flyaways. The roller pins are great if you have super-thick hair. Both types are really great quality and have a really strong hold! Best pins I've had.
